World Vrain appeared and immediately introduced us to completely new Link decks for Duel Links, of which World Chalice is also one of these Decks. The special feature of this deck is that the 99% F2P deck is very friendly to players but is also extremely anti-meta.
The ability to return Special summoned monsters from extra decks is one of the big plus points because most meta decks need extras. In addition, boss link 3 also has the ability to return, so it has become an anti-meta deck. F2P is easy to build and has good power, which is also another big strength of World chalice
The deck's weakness is similar to many current decks as it easily suffers from backrow shutdown combos. In addition, the amount of ATK is quite low, causing us to struggle to return and clear the opponent's field to be able to kill or score.
Overall rating: 7.25/10

Instructions for playing World Chalice
Sections covered in this guide:
Skill
Skill brought fame to the two brothers. By exchanging 2 cards in hand, we will have a "maze" with a defense index of 3000 (a Normal monster). This means we will be able to immediately link to Imduk without having to waste a summon turn or when we don't have any Normal monsters in hand.
Because Imduk is the card that starts the story, opens combos and many other things, so if there are no normal monsters -> no Imduk -> 69% loss rate :D
Main Deck
Guardragon's first effect will allow you to protect a Linked Monster you control from a Target Eff by sending it to the Graveyard and also destroying that card. Its second Combo Extender effect allows you to banish itself from the grave and revive a Normal-type monster from your grave to a linked zone. (area pointed by the Link monster's arrow)
World Legacy - "World Chalice" is a good Combo Starter or Extender. The first effect will allow you to bring out another 2 World Chalice monster pieces from your Deck while this card is Normal Summoned and leaves the field. You can combine this effect with its third effect which can interrupt the Summon of a Monster from your opponent's extra or simply Link Summon a Monster with World Legacy - "World Chalice" as ingredient.
Normal World Chalice monsters, mainly to Link to Imduk and combine with some deck effects. Also quite good in attack or defense when Beckoned has 1800 Atk or Crowned with 2100 Def
Although the effects of these two magic cards are to help us summon Normal monsters more easily, they are actually not optimal. Depending on the Cards you have, you can leave 2-3 slots for these cards or you can completely replace them with Rescue Rabbit
Extra Deck
Link Monster 3 (presumably the Boss of the World Chalice Duel Link deck) allows you to draw equal to the number of World Chalice monsters Ningirsu was pointing at when he was summoned, which is great for regaining talent. Your resource after one summon consumes a lot from your hand. Besides that, Ningirsu also has another great effect, non-target removal, not destroy but return, very good against Monsters that cannot be targeted or destroyed.
Auram the World Chalice Blademaster, a "Good Combo Extender" will allow you to revive Monsters including Big boss Link Monsters by sacrificing 1 World Chalice monster you control. This effect will also help activate the effect of that Tributed monster for the combo.
A Link 2 World Chalice Monster with protection from being destroyed by Battle or Card Effects (it also protects the pointed World Chalice monster from being targeted) while this card is linked to Monsters Other links. You can also send Ib the World Chalice Priestess to the Graveyard to protect your other Monsters this card points to from Destruction.
Imduk is an extremely good Combo Starter card that cannot be missing in the deck. It is brought to x2-x3 in the deck because of the ability to add 1 extra normal summon and also add 1 special summon World Chalice when this card leaves the field. In addition, we only need 1 normal World Chalice monster to have Imduk, which easily meets our BigBoss summoning condition. Ningirsu requires up to 2+ Link Monsters.
Tech
Succ 1 monster for free is a great way to interrupt combos and block the opponent's throat. Crackdown is better than E Controller in that it doesn't have to sacrifice a monster but also has to return it to the opponent at the end of the turn and is not limited to 1 (I won't say it loses to E Con in that it cannot attack and is not quick Where's the spell :D)
Unfortunately, this trap card is now limited to 1. Although the Hand rate is not as high as before or it cannot be mixed with many other cards, perhaps World chalice will still have extra slots to welcome it. Pop up to 2 monsters, in many cases it also puts an end to the opponent and that's why it is limited to 1 (according to konami, it is too strong and is used a lot in a long time :v)
Other Cards Option
The pretty rabbit's effect helps us immediately have 2 normal World Chalices on the field. However, the rabbit's effect is quite slow, takes 1 round of normal summoning, then banishes itself rather than tributes itself. This makes it possible for the enemy to chain into the rabbit's effect (e.g. Karma Cut) and from then on no World Chalice will be specially summoned :((
