IN TO THE VRAINNN!!
Vrain World officially launched at Duel Links, along with many special things. Among them, it is impossible not to mention the main character of Vrain: Playmaker along with his Code Cyberse deck.
As a deck with strong OTK ability, combos come with unique effects :D. Although Vrain has just been released, the current link monsters are not strong and we have few choices, but in the future CodeTalker can become a strong top deck at high Tier like the way Komoney did with Odd-eyes
Instructions for playing CodeTalker deck (Cyberse Code)

Storm Access (Skill Card)

At the beginning of the Duel, add 1 "Decode Talker" and 1 "Firewall Dragon" to your Extra Deck. The following effect can be used if your Life Points are at 1000 or below: Add 1 random "Code Talker" monster to your Extra Deck via a Data Storm. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
Mainly so we can get more cards into the extra deck (Firewall Dragon, Decode Talker)
The second effect of the skill is quite difficult when you randomly add 1 of the codestalkers. If your character is pro max, suddenly turning the odds will be as easy as Main anime.
Code Talker Alive (Skill Card) (79%)
Code Talker Alive (Skill Card)
ATK:

DEF:

Can be used if you have "Decode Talker" in your Extra Monster Zone. Set 1 "Recoded Alive" to your field from outside of your Deck. This Skill can only be used once per Duel if you begin the Duel with a Deck that follows the conditions below: ●Your Deck contains at least 12 Cyberse monsters or "Cynet" Spell/Trap Cards. ●All monsters in your Extra Deck have different card names.
The trap card Recoded Alive has a very strong ability, not only helping you avoid effects, avoiding attacks,... but also summoning a CodeTalker Link 3 with a different name from the monster you choose from the Extra deck to the field.
Recoded Alive's second ability helps us bring back a banned CodeTalker to the field when this trap card is in the grave and we don't have any monsters in the Extra Monster Zone. (Yeah, recover is super ok, can cure Karma Cut , Zeta,...)
1 Strong card but with very miserable activation conditions, it becomes very brickkkk. With this skill, we have solved the problem of bricking when placing 1 Recoded Alive out of nowhere when we control 1 Link 3 CodeTalker
Core
Lady Debug (x3)
When normal or special summon this card, you will immediately search for a level 3 or lower Cyberse monster. A perfect Searcher to start combos or prepare for Link summons
Mathmech Addition and Mathmech Subtraction (X2-x3 Each card)
Mathmech Addition
ATK:
1000
DEF:
1000
You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Cyberse monsters, also Special Summon this card from your hand (but it cannot attack this turn), and if you do, the targeted monster gains 1000 ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Mathmech Addition" once per turn.
Mathmech Subtraction
ATK:
1000
DEF:
1000
You can target 1 face-up monster on the field; you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Cyberse monsters, also Special Summon this card from your hand (but it cannot attack this turn), and if you do, the targeted monster loses 1000 ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Mathmech Subtraction" once per turn.
Free Summon, we can use these two cards as materials for Link summon because most current Link monsters require Cyberse Monster. Furthermore, the fire element is just right to meet the conditions to summon Salamangreat HeatLeo.
The summoning method is also very easy, we can reduce the enemy monster's ATK by 1000 or increase our own monster's ATK by 1000, very good for OTK.
Micro Coder (x1-x2)
Micro Coder
ATK:
300
DEF:
0
If a Cyberse monster you control would be used as Link Material for a "Code Talker" monster, this card in your hand can also be used as material. If this card is sent from the hand or field to the GY as material for the Link Summon of a "Code Talker" monster: You can either add 1 "Cynet" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand, or, if this card on the field was used as material, you can add 1 Level 4 Cyberse monster instead. You can only use each effect of "Micro Coder" once per turn.
Super ngolll. Can be used as material to summon Link for Code Talker right on hand, and can also be searched. Too good, isn't it?
Its only weakness is that it is not a F2P card, so I only recommend x1-x2 depending on conditions
Dotscaper (x2)
Ughhhh, so Cuteee. Used to make materials for us to Link summon, the hut will be on the field so we can easily Link up to the Boss we need
Cynet Mining (x2)
It is the main card for us to search for Level 4 Cyberse Monster when Lady Debug only helps us search for Level 3 and below and Microcoder must be quite cumbersome to search like this card.
Pushing a card to the grave to activate an effect helps us perform many cool combos
Cynet Crosswipe (x1)
The ability to shoot a card on the field is quite good, we can shoot the opponent's backrow or monsters that cause trouble for us.
However, the condition of having to tribute 1 Cyberse on the field has reduced its versatility when the Deck we play needs a lot of monsters on the field to spam Link.
So x1 this card is not so bad when we can search it through Micro Coder and turn it face down to defend.
Degrade Buster (x1)
Degrade Buster
ATK:
2500
DEF:
2500
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 2 Cyberse monsters from your GY. You can target 1 monster your opponent controls with higher ATK than this card (Quick Effect); banish it until the End Phase. You can only use this effect of "Degrade Buster" once per turn.
The ability to shout cards with Psy-Framelord Zeta, helps us deal with cards with uncomfortably high ATK while our monster's ATK is quite small.
Good amount of DMG, clears the field, giving us a chance to finish off the enemy. The conditions for summoning cx are quite easy when you spam and have a lot of Cyberse in the grave
Staple
Mathmech Induction (x1)
You can add this leaf or not evenly. In my opinion, the ability to Buff 500 ATK for all Cyberse monsters is quite good when our CodeTalkers' ATK is not very large without being buffed and the opponent's 4000 LP flies faster.
In addition, this deck's defense is quite weak, so the second ability of this trap card helps us exchange moves with the opponent, preventing many situations. However, what we need is a Mathmech Monster on the field
Mystical Space Typhoon (x2)
If you don't know what to say and if you need to say something, who knows hihi =)))
Crackdown (x2-x3)
The more the better. Not too mandatory because it's not an easy card to find. Its versatility has been shown a lot, when not only can we steal monsters, but we can also use it to Link summon.
Enemy Controller (x2)
In contrast to Crackdown, this is a F2P card that everyone has: v A very delicious card of president Kaiba. It's a top card deck that everyone should have, but what's stopping us is the number 2 on top of it :((

After that damage calculation, have this card or 1 monster it points to gain ATK equal to the ATK of that battled opponent's monster, until the end of this turn.
Yeah The soul of the deck has different abilities:
- Code Talker: Buffs 500 ATK, resists Destroy but is usually only used to get Link higher
- Decode Talker: Playmaker's Ace card, Buff ATK and tribute to Negate
- Encode Talker: Defend, protect and Buff Dmg to turn the odds
- Powercode Talker: Tribute to buff DMG, punch Opp mine
As we can see, the common points of the CodeTalkers present today are Buff ATK and punching, but it's hard to leave one of these guys behind.

2 Level 3 or higher Cyberse monsters Gains 300 ATK for each monster this card points to. You can only use this effect of "Elphase" once per turn.
With 300 ATK increased from Eff, Elphase can reach 2600 ATK, greater than Decode Talker. (It's okay, right :D).
The second possibility is that when going to the grave, it summons a level 4 or lower Cyberse monster from the grave, but we cannot use it as a Link material until the end of the turn. Just by adding 1 monster on the field like that, we can do a lot of cool things that I will talk about later =))

2 Effect Monsters You can discard 1 card, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; your opponent can discard 1 card with the same original card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap) as that face-up card to negate this effect, otherwise destroy that face-up card. You can only use this effect of "Brute Enforcer" once per turn.
Currently we don't have many options for Link monsters, the bombardment is also limited so Brute Enforcer is a more reasonable choice.
Although this card's ability can easily be negated, we can still reduce Opp's resources
Flame Administrator (x1)
Simple: Buff 800 ATK to Link monsters on your field
800 ATK in Duel Links is something quite big, combined with a series of ATK buff effects from CodeTalker, we will get a huge amount of Damage.
Security Dragon (x0-x1)
Very easy to summon, very easy to use.
Clearing the opponent's field by returning will avoid many bad situations, for example, when Opp's monster goes to the grave, it will activate eff,...
Currently we can only find this card through the Selection Box so it's not mandatory, we can still replace it with the following option

If this card is sent to the GY as Link Material: That Link Monster can make a second attack during each Battle Phase this turn.

Yeah this combo is pretty cool
Elphase --> Encode Talker + 1 level 4 Cyberse monster or any smaller depending on the case you choose

Yeah like I said above, tribute to a monster on the field is quite bad for this deck. But when we have elphase, we will have a piece of meat to sacrifice and use the power of these two magic cards. Anyway, if we don't sacrifice, the monsters Elphase summons during the turn will no longer be able to Link
