In this article, I will help you find directions to build your Eldlich deck well.
Hand trap

Hand traps are an indispensable component in today's decks. Depending on the meta and the remaining slots in the deck, you can use hand traps in appropriate quantities.

With the nature of a deck with many traps and very few monsters to summon, Card of Demise is a card drawing support card that allows players to draw up to 3 cards!
The deck is a long-term play control, so not being able to deal damage to players or not being able to special summon is not a problem.
Gonden Lord , the cards Golden Land and Edlixir can be played while in the grave, so sometimes having to put all the cards in hand into the grave at the End Phase due to Card of Demise gives the deck an advantage.
Trap and floodgate cards are suitable for the deck

Vanity's Emptiness : This is a trap card that hinders most decks today. When playing in an Eldlich deck, you can flip Vanity's Emptiness after summoning Golden Lord . Golden Lord will be a giant shield that will make it difficult for the opponent to defeat low level monsters. And yet, when the Golden Lord is destroyed by the opponent and goes to the grave, Vanity's Emptiness will automatically explode and you can also special summon to continue to produce more Golden Lords and Golden Land monsters.
Skill Drain

Skill Drain : Both of Golden Lord 's effects are activated from the hand and grave, so they cannot be affected by Skill Drain . In addition, the side effects of the Golden Lands are counted as trap effects, so they will also be used successfully under the influence of Skill Drain .

Paleozoic Dinomischus can banish face-up cards from the field. With discarding a card in your hand as an effect, not a cost, you will not lose much if the card is disabled by your opponent. Effect (2) helps this card to be fully utilized in the Eldlich deck, providing additional monster resources for the deck.
Ice Dragon's Prison has the ability to both destroy the grave and destroy the opponent's field when facing decks that only focus on one type of monster.
Furthermore, this is also a strong card when played in Eldlich mirror matches. By calling Golden Lord from your opponent's grave, you can block this monster's grave effects. You can banish 1 Golden Lord and 1 Golden Land monster from your opponent. You can even take advantage of your opponent's Golden Lord to effectively use your Golden Land cards.
Torrential Tribute can suddenly release all monsters on the field during your opponent's turn. You can activate this card before using other Eldlich cards.
Monsters summoned with Golden Lord 's (2) effect cannot be destroyed by the effect, so you will still be safe when activating this card.
Dimensional Barrier almost causes decks that only depend on monsters of one of the ritual, fusion, synchro, xyz, and pendulum types to lose 1 turn.

This monster cannot be summoned while your field has monsters available. This is not an obstacle for the Eldlich deck.
The deck almost does not need to use monster effects other than Golden Lord , the side effects of Golden Land trap monsters are not counted as monster effects. Combined with the advantage of 2000 attack power, the opponent will face many difficulties from your upper court and lower court.
Explanation of Inspector Boarder 's effects:
- Both players will be limited in the number of times they can use monster effects (hand, field, graveyard, discard pile, etc.).
- The maximum number of monster effects activated is equal to the number of MONSTER CARD TYPES (Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum, Link) on the field.
- These types of monster cards are counted on both sides of the player's field.
- Effects that are negated by activation STILL count towards the activation limit.
- Monster effects used before being summoned will NOT count towards the limit.
When you have Inspector Boarder on the field:
- If there are no monsters (Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum, Link) on the field, no player can use monster effects.
- If you or your opponent has 1 Link monster (or Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum) on the field, each player can only use the monster's effect once.
- If on the field you or your opponent (or on both sides of the field) have 2 Link monsters (or Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum), each player can only use monster effects once because they can only be used once. There is 1 TYPE of monster CARD on the field.
- If on the field you or your opponent (or on both sides of the field) have 2 different monsters of the types Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum, Link, each player will only be able to use the monster's effect twice. because there are 2 TYPES of monster CARDS on the field.

Just like Dragoon , Destroy Phoenix Enforcer is a solid field monster every turn for the deck. This monster can destroy cards on the field and rise from the grave every turn.
Dragoon package forces you to play 2 garnets along with REF 's extremely difficult usage conditions that do not allow you to summon for the entire turn. As for the Destiny HERO monsters in play here, both Dasher and Celestial can be useful in future turns, and the summon lock condition is only enforced immediately after you finish using Fusion Destiny .

Punishment can destroy your opponent's monster by sending 1 monster of equal or higher power from the Extra Deck to the Graveyard. This is a card that can effectively prevent combos and has no cost.
The downside to this card is that until the end of your next turn, you cannot summon monsters from the extra deck. However, this does not affect the Eldlich deck.

Trap Trick helps you pull any normal trap you want from your deck onto the field as long as you have 2 copies of that card in the deck when activating Trap Trick (1 to discard and 1 to place face-up on the field). With this ability, Trap Trick can create a huge obstacle because it is very difficult to stop Trap Trick (even Ash Blossom ) once activated.
This card can be used to catch effects that destroy the opponent's spells/traps (you can chain them immediately after) and help you thin the deck further by being able to reduce 2 cards in the increasing deck. odds to draw other necessary cards.
Furthermore, the card placed face down on the field by Trap Trick can be activated that turn. However, after using Trap Trick , you are only allowed to activate one more trap card, so you need to activate Trap Trick at the right time to not destroy other trap cards on the field. .

Waking the Dragon is more suitable as a side deck card than in the main deck. With the exposure of Eldlich's trap-heavy playstyle, the opponent will have prepared cards that can scan the backrow and if the opponent accidentally scans this card by mistake, that will be an advantage for us.
