Gren maju is a card clan with a quite unique otk playing style with the card Gren Maju Da Eiza, accompanied by monsters with extremely high attack power, to quickly otk the opponent. Let's start finding out.
Instructions for playing Gren Maju otk.
Overview of the deck
Deck Gren Maju has a gameplay that revolves around drawing cards, along with the ability to banish cards for the purpose of searching and maximizing the attack power of Gren Maju Da Eiza. Along with that, the deck also offers level 8 monsters with huge ATK, the ability to jump onto the field, or extremely effective bombardment effects on your opponent's cards.
Core Card
The deck's name is taken from the monster Gren maju da eiza, so it is certain that the main monster of the deck is none other than it.
Gren Maju Da Eiza ( x3 )
It's just a 3-star monster with a very simple effect, but when combining it with the right cards, its attack power can reach over 10k atk. This is also the main card of the deck.
Pot of Desires (X3 )
This is an extremely important card in the deck, very well supporting both drawing 2 cards to search for Gren Maju, and banishing up to 10 cards in the deck to help increase Gren Maju's atk to 4k, a double task.
Gizmek Orochi the Serpentron Sky Slasher (X3)
Gizmek Orochi, the Serpentron Sky Slasher
ATK:
2450
DEF:
2450
If this card is in your hand or GY (Quick Effect): You can banish 8 cards from the top of your Deck face-down; Special Summon this card. You can banish 3 cards from your Extra Deck face-down, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy it. You can only use 1 "Gizmek Orochi, the Serpentron Sky Slasher" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
This is a card that helps increase Gren Maju's ATK extremely effectively. By banishing 8 cards in the deck so you can jump from your hand or grave, it can also create bodies for rank 8 xyz monsters in this deck very well.
Eater of Millions (X3)
Eater of Millions
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 5 or more cards from your hand, field, and/or Extra Deck, face-down. This card gains 100 ATK/DEF for each face-down banished card. This card cannot be Tributed, nor used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Summon. Once per turn, at the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: You can banish that opponent's monster, face-down.
This is a monster that can specialize itself by banishing (face down) cards in the hand or field or even its own extra deck. This card is in the deck in addition to increasing Gren Maju's ATK, it Can destroy the opponent's indestructible monsters very effectively, a card that clears the way for the main force.
Other Support Monsters
Alpha the Master of Beasts (X3)
Alpha, the Master of Beasts
ATK:
3000
DEF:
2500
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) while the total ATK of all monsters your opponent controls is more than that of all monsters you control. You can target any number of Beast, Beast-Warrior, and/or Winged Beast monsters you control; return them to the hand, then, return face-up monsters your opponent controls to the hand, equal to the number of cards you returned to the hand, also for the rest of this turn, "Alpha, the Master of Beasts" you control cannot attack directly. You can only use this effect of "Alpha, the Master of Beasts" once per turn.
It's an otk deck that goes on turn 2, so clearing the field is very essential. Alpha has a pretty easy self-jumping mechanism, along with the ability to push the opponent's monsters back to the hand. Some enemy monsters will be extremely dangerous when destroyed or dropped from the grave, so Alpha is very useful.
Destroy the opponent's main monsters
Interrupted Kaiju Slumber
Destroy as many monsters on the field as possible, then Special Summon in Attack Position, 2 "Kaiju" monsters with different names from your Deck (1 on each side), but they cannot change their battle positions, and must attack, if able. During your Main Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the GY: You can banish this card from your GY; add 1 "Kaiju" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Interrupted Kaiju Slumber" per turn.
Dogoran, the Mad Flame Kaiju
ATK:
3000
DEF:
1200
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's field in Attack Position, by Tributing 1 monster they control. If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in Attack Position. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. Once per turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; destroy all monsters your opponent controls. This card cannot attack the turn this effect is activated.
Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju
ATK:
2200
DEF:
3000
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's field in Attack Position, by Tributing 1 monster they control. If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in Attack Position. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. When your opponent activates a card or effect, except "Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju" (Quick Effect): You can remove 2 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card.
Gadarla, the Mystery Dust Kaiju
ATK:
2700
DEF:
1600
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's side of the field in Attack Position, by Tributing 1 monster they control. If your opponent controls a "Kaiju" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) in Attack Position. You can only control 1 "Kaiju" monster. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can remove 3 Kaiju Counters from anywhere on the field; the ATK and DEF of all other monsters on the field become halved.
Going on turn 2, it's not strange for the opponent to come onto the field with bosses with super annoying negate effects, or unaffected monsters,... . Kaiju monsters are the key to overcoming situations like this. With the ability to summon the opponent's main monster to jump onto their field, along with jumping yourself when the opponent's field has kaiju, passing the opp field has become easier.
Fairy Tail - Luna (X2)
Fairy Tail - Luna
ATK:
1850
DEF:
1000
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 Spellcaster monster with 1850 ATK from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; your opponent can send 1 card with that monster's name from their Deck or Extra Deck to the GY to negate this effect, otherwise return both this card and that monster to the hand.
Quite similar to Alpha's skill, Luna allows us to push opp's monsters into the player's hand, making it easier to clear the field. We can combine luna with kaiju monsters, we sacrifice the opponent's monster to gain kaiju, then summon luna to push the kaiju back to our hand, then sacrifice again, too terrible, isn't it?
Danger! Thunderbird! and Danger! Bigfoot! (Draw cards and bombard them)
Danger! Thunderbird!
ATK:
2800
DEF:
2400
You can reveal this card in your hand; your opponent randomly chooses 1 card from your entire hand, then you discard the chosen card. Then, if the discarded card was not "Danger! Thunderbird!", Special Summon 1 "Danger! Thunderbird!" from your hand, and if you do, draw 1 card. If this card is discarded: You can target 1 Set card your opponent controls; destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Danger! Thunderbird!" once per turn.
Danger! Bigfoot!
ATK:
3000
DEF:
0
You can reveal this card in your hand; your opponent randomly chooses 1 card from your entire hand, then you discard the chosen card. Then, if the discarded card was not "Danger! Bigfoot!", Special Summon 1 "Danger! Bigfoot!" from your hand, and if you do, draw 1 card. If this card is discarded: You can target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; destroy it. You can only use this effect of "Danger! Bigfoot!" once per turn.
Danger! The card clan brings monsters that can jump and draw cards quite well, and when discarded, they will bring extremely effective card shooting effects. Here I only use 2 monsters: Bigfoot and Thunderbird, with the possibility that when discarded, I will shoot 1 monster with bigfoot or shoot 1 set of cards with thunderbird.
Hand trap
As a 2 deck, it is very important to prevent the opponent from comboing, to avoid the opponent setting up too much. Here are some hand traps suitable for the deck.
Dimension Shifter (X3)
A very strong hand trap, effective against combo decks around the grave like drytron, tri-brigade,...
Maxx "C" (x2 or x3)
Hand trap with the ability to draw cards when the opponent special summons a monster, putting pressure on the opponent about whether to continue the combo or not. With the next combo, I can draw more cards. If I don't combo, the field won't be strong, and I can easily punch through the turn. So terrible.
Spell Trap
In addition to Pot Of Desires, I also have a few more cards to help with drawing or clearing the field. Supports easier otk work.
Trade-In (X3)
With the main deck having a lot of level 8 monsters, successfully using Trade-in is also very easy, drawing 2 cards, not to mention creating some effects on the opponent with the Danger clan's discarded skills. !. This is also the reason why I use Danger monsters! And Kaiju level 8
Super Polymerization (X2)
In some cases, I can use the opponent's monsters to build fusion monsters with easy build conditions such as: Mudragon Of Swamp or Starving Venom Fusion Dragon,... clearing the opponent's field is also ok, right?
Red Reboot (X1)
Red Reboot
When your opponent activates a Trap Card: Negate the activation, and if you do, Set that card face-down, then they can Set 1 other Trap directly from their Deck. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards. You can activate this card from your hand by paying half your LP.
A pretty good thick trap room card, with Eldlich being a meta deck that is ramping up its use of super thick traps to control the game. Red Reboot can also be used from hand by reducing 1/2 lp, the price is also considered light to win.
Extra deck
With the main deck full of level 8 monsters, using rank 8 monsters is very easy. Let's take a look at some of those monsters.
Number 97: Draglubion (X3)
Number 97: Draglubion
ATK:
3000
DEF:
3000
2 Level 8 monsters Your opponent cannot target this card with card effects. You can detach 1 material from this card; take 2 Dragon "Number" monsters with different names from your Extra Deck and/or GY, except "Number 97: Draglubion", Special Summon 1 of them and attach the other to it as material, also for the rest of this turn you cannot Special Summon other monsters, or declare an attack, except with that Special Summoned monster. You can only use this effect of "Number 97: Draglubion" once per turn.
Too famous for number 97 combo to get to number 100 with at least 9000 ATK, this is one of the necessary monsters to make OTK easier.
Number 100: Numeron Dragon (X3)
Number 100: Numeron Dragon
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
2 "Number" Xyz Monsters with the same name and Rank Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card gains ATK equal to the combined Ranks of all Xyz Monsters currently on the field x 1000, until the end of your opponent's turn. When this card is destroyed by card effect: You can destroy as many monsters on the field as possible (min. 1), then each player Sets 1 Spell/Trap Card from their Graveyard to their field. When an opponent's monster declares an attack while this card is in your Graveyard and you have no cards in your hand or field: You can Special Summon this card.
By increasing this monster with the effect of number 97, you can increase it equally with the rank number of xyz monsters on the field x1000, just by raising it to 97, its atk will already reach 9000. Eating a whole punch is super satisfying.
Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy (X3)
Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy
ATK:
3000
DEF:
2500
2 Level 8 monsters Once per turn, when a Spell Card or effect is activated on the field (Quick Effect): You can negate that effect, and if you do, attach that card to this card as material. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 material from this card; change the attack target to this card and perform damage calculation. If a face-up Xyz Monster(s) you control is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; it gains ATK equal to 1 of those destroyed monster's original ATK.
Another xyz Dragon monter rank8 with the ability to negate spell is quite good, why not?
Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon (X3)
Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
3 Level 9 monsters This card cannot be destroyed by battle, also your opponent takes any battle damage you would have taken from battles involving this card. During your opponent's End Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; banish all cards your opponent currently controls that were Normal or Special Summoned, or were Set, this turn. If this card is destroyed while it has Xyz Material: You can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When you do: It gains 1000 ATK for every card currently banished.
You can get this number with number 97. In contrast to number 100, if you encounter a bet where the opponent has extremely high ATK monsters, this is the solution. Damage taken when playing this card is transferred to your opponent. It must be said that this is a person who is 8 ounces and half a pound with the number 100.

Combo way
Regarding combos: This is an otk deck that fights with terrible ATK monsters, so clearing the row of spell traps or opp's annoying main monsters is the first priority. Once cleared, we can otk the enemy in 2 ways:
General comment
The deck is very easy to play, without many complicated combos. But the deck is quite expensive with many UR and SR cards.
Final words
That's all I want to guide everyone about the Gren Maju Otk deck. Wishing everyone a good experience with the deck, hope this article will help you.
