When you have no monsters on the field, you can Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When this card is used as XYZ Summon Material, it protects that XYZ monster from being destroyed by Battle. Normal summoning this card can add its twin from the Deck to the hand, which is great for thinning out your deck. A Starter card that combines with Skills, so put 3x copies of it in.
NOTE: the protection effect only lasts once per turn, meaning if you summon xyz with a second copy of the monster in the same turn, xyz will not receive the protection effect.

Skill and Cards in Skill
Shark Magic Combo (Skill Card) (100%)
Shark Magic Combo (Skill Card)
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
You can only use this Skill's second, third, and fourth effects once per Duel. 1: You cannot Normal or Special Summon monsters with a Level, except for Fish monsters. 2: Send 1 Fish "Shark" monster from your hand and 1 from your Deck to the Graveyard, and then add 1 "Aqua Jet" from outside of your Deck to your hand. 3: Reveal 1 Spell Card in your hand, then take 1 card from your hand or Graveyard and attach it to 1 Xyz Monster on your field as Xyz Material. 4: If your opponent controls a card, add 1 "Armored Xyz" from outside of your Deck to your hand, then play 1 "Black Ray Lancer" from outside of your Deck to your field in face-down Defense Position. (Its battle position can be changed.)
This is the main skill, it has 3 effects and each can be used once. The skill is quite simple, there is not much to say so instead of recounting the effects, let's refer to the combo simulation.
Aqua Jet (Skill)
You select 1 monster and it gains 1000 ATK for the rest of the battle. You can select any monster except Full Armored Utopic Ray Lancer , Cat Shark and non-Water XYZ monsters will be covered later.
NOTE: You usually use this card for the second effect of the Skill: discard it to summon Full Armored Utopic Ray Lancer , avoiding revealing other cards to the opponent.
Armored Xyz (Skill)
Armored Xyz
Target 1 face-up monster you control and 1 Xyz Monster in your GY; equip that monster from your GY to that monster on the field as an Equip Spell with these effects. ● Change the equipped monster's ATK to this card's ATK. ● The equipped monster gains this card's Attribute. ● At the end of the Damage Step, if the equipped monster attacked: You can send this card to the GY; that attacking monster can make a second attack in a row.
You equip an xyz monster from the GY to a monster on the field, it will gain 3 effects: The monster's Atk, Attribute will be equal to the Atk and Attribute of the XYZ card. . If that monster attacks, you can send the xyz card to the GY to punch it again. You will use this card to end the game early or in difficult games, use it on normal monsters when you cannot summon XYZ
NOTE: When attacking for a second turn, the ATK of the attacking card will return to the original. You cannot attack 3 times if you use this card on Full Armored Utopic Ray Lancer because both cards have the "second attack in a row" line (2 punches) which conflicts with your attempt to perform "3 punches". Similar to AQUA JET, this card is often used to give the second effect of a skill, Discard it for utopic.
Black Ray Lancer (Skill)
You can Target 1 monster on the field and negate its effect, this effect can only be used when you use the Skill's 2nd effect and give this card 1 material. Great for forcing your opponent to use an early diruption like Unchained Soul of Rage before you start your combo . Always use this card as material for Utopic Summon.
Note: This monster is considered a SPECIAL SUMMON BUT NOT FROM THE EXTRA DECK meaning it can negate Borreload Riot Dragon and Borreload Furious Dragon , it can be targeted by Unchained Soul of Rage but cannot be targeted by Nekroz of Brionac .
Tech card
Silent Angler (x0-1)
If you have a monster on the field, you can special summon this card. An alternative if you don't have enough x3 core cards.
Mystical Space Typhoon (x0-2)
nothing more to say about it
Other options
The options you can include depend on what you have.
Extra Deck
Full Armored Utopic Ray Lancer (x1)
Full Armored Utopic Ray Lancer
ATK:
2500
DEF:
600
3 Level 4 monsters Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon "Full Armored Utopic Ray Lancer" by discarding 1 Spell/Trap and using 1 Rank 4 or lower Xyz Monster you control. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Monsters your opponent controls lose 500 ATK. At the start of the Battle Phase: You can negate the effects of all Attack Position monsters your opponent currently controls. When this attacking card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can detach 1 material from this card; it can make a second attack in a row.
You can see the main character's aura by looking at it. A Water Number 39: Utopia monster that you can summon by using an xyz monster on the field and discarding 1 spell/trap. Reduces the ATK of all opponent's monsters by 500. Negate does not target all effects of monsters on the opponent's field, during the Battle Phase, and when it kills a monster, it can attack again. Must play.
NOTE: If you use an xyz monster with Hand Shark as material to summon utopic, utopic will not be protected from Destroy. ATK Reduction is a continuous effect which means it affects both Borreload Riot Dragon and Borreload Furious Dragon . The Negate ability that occurs at the start of the Battle Phase (your turn or your opponent's turn) activates before entering the Battle Phase or you will miss activating it.
Traptrix Rafflesia, Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare and Bottomless Trap Hole (Should use)
Traptrix Rafflesia
ATK:
300
DEF:
2500
2 Level 4 monsters This card is unaffected by Trap effects while it has Xyz Material. "Traptrix" monsters you control, except "Traptrix Rafflesia", cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Your opponent cannot target "Traptrix" monsters you control, except "Traptrix Rafflesia", with card effects. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and send 1 "Hole" Normal Trap Card that meets its activation conditions from your Deck to the Graveyard; this effect becomes that Trap Card's effect when that card is activated.
Best limited 1 card. It has a Quick effect that copies the abilities of Trapholes if you fail to draw them. Bottomless Trap Hole and Traptrix Trap Hole Nightmare must be x1 when played with this card .
Abyss Dweller (x1)
Abyss Dweller
ATK:
1700
DEF:
1400
2 Level 4 monsters While this card has a material attached that was originally WATER, all WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; your opponent cannot activate any card effects in their GY this turn.
Being where this card belongs, this is a win condition against unchained, negating half of borrel link's playstyle including their rokket float, half of infernoble fleur's playstyle, Sky Striker Airspace - Area Zero summon and Sky Striker Ace - Raye reborn, and the hand shark combo in mirror matches. This card's ATK will always be 2200 (unless there are no more xyz materials left). Must have.
Diamond Dire Wolf (x1)
If you summon it with Left-Hand Shark , it no longer costs to activate its effect because it can target itself and another card, the wolf won't be destroyed due to its protection while the other card will go away. Great for fishing backrows or clearing the field for a finisher.
NOTE: Utopic Ray Lancer and Black Ray Lancer are both Beast-Warriors, you can destroy them if necessary.
Castel the Skyblaster Musketeer (x1)
Castel, the Skyblaster Musketeer
ATK:
2000
DEF:
1500
2 Level 4 monsters You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; change it to face-down Defense Position. You can detach 2 materials from this card, then target 1 other face-up card on the field; shuffle it into the Deck. You can only use 1 "Castel, the Skyblaster Musketeer" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
It shuffles any face-up cards to force disruption or clear the field to end the game. This deck is especially useful in mirror matches because it has no bounce effects.
Drill Driver Vespenato (x1)
Drill Driver Vespenato
ATK:
2500
DEF:
2100
2 Level 5 monsters Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon "Drill Driver Vespenato" by using 1 Rank 4 Xyz Monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) This card cannot be used as material for an Xyz Summon the turn it was Xyz Summoned. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage. If this Xyz Summoned card in its owner's control is destroyed by an opponent's card: You can target 1 Level 5 or lower monster in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only use this effect of "Drill Driver Vespenato" once per turn.
you usually summon it on castel or rafflesia after using their effects. can help in otk playstyles that attack and penetrate defense. when it is destroyed, you will recover one shark.
Cairngorgon Antiluminescent Knight (x0-1)
Cairngorgon, Antiluminescent Knight
ATK:
2450
DEF:
1950
2 Level 4 monsters During either player's turn, when another card or effect is activated that targets exactly 1 card on the field (and no other cards): You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target another card on the field that would be an appropriate target for that card/effect; that card/effect now targets the new target.
Personally I like to play this card against sky striker. It may not seem like it helps much but it can change the target of some sky striker spells for extra protection.
Number 37: Hope Woven Dragon Spider Shark (x0-1)
Number 37: Hope Woven Dragon Spider Shark
ATK:
2600
DEF:
2100
2 Level 4 WATER monsters When any player's monster declares an attack: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; all monsters your opponent currently controls lose 1000 ATK until the end of this turn. When this card is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 other monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Number 37: Hope Woven Dragon Spider Shark" once per turn.
When playing cairngorgon, I often play it with this card. When declaring an attack, it reduces your opponent's monster by 1000 ATK. When it is destroyed, you can revive any other monster. Useful for endgame punches or enough damage to punch Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder and Raviel, Lord of Phantasms .
Full Armored Black Ray Lancer (x0-1)
Full Armored Black Ray Lancer
ATK:
2100
DEF:
600
3 Level 4 WATER monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 3 WATER Xyz Monster you control that has no Xyz Materials as the Xyz Material. This card gains 200 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can detach all of its Xyz Materials instead. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; destroy that target.
You summon this monster with a Rank 3 Water monster with no xyz materials. It has a one-time destruction protection effect by detaching all xyz materials from the monster. If it destroys a card, you can also destroy a Spell/Trap on your opponent's side of the field.
Bahamut Shark (x1)
It summons a Rank 1-3 Water monster from the Extra Deck. Whichever target you summon, you will combine it with the Skill to give it a material. Here are some examples of bahamut's targets:
Paleozoic Anomalocaris (x0-1)
Paleozoic Anomalocaris
ATK:
2400
DEF:
0
3 or more Level 2 monsters This card is unaffected by other monsters' effects. Once per turn, if a Trap Card(s) is sent from your Spell & Trap Zone to the Graveyard (except during the Damage Step): You can excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Trap Card, add it to your hand. Otherwise, send it to the Graveyard. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if this card has a Trap Card as Xyz Material: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it.
My favorite target for bahamut. It is not affected by monster effects. You can attach a Trap that you feel you don't need like Needle Ceiling to it so it has a quick effect of destroying any card on the field.
Tri-Edge Levia (x1)
Tri-Edge Levia
ATK:
1800
DEF:
1500
3 Level 3 monsters Banish any monster destroyed by battle with this card. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; it loses 800 ATK, also its effects are negated. These changes last until the end of this turn.
Quick effect targets any monster to reduce its ATK by 800 and negate it. Banish any monster destroyed by a card by battle.
Cat Shark (x0-1)
Cat Shark
ATK:
500
DEF:
500
2 Level 2 monsters While this card has an Xyz Material attached that was originally WATER, it cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Rank 4 or lower Xyz Monster you control; its ATK and DEF each become double its original ATK and DEF until the end of this turn.
Quick effect doubles the ATK and DEF of your xyz monster. Cannot be destroyed in battle while having a water monster as its material.
