Summary: All Weather Painter monsters possess the Fairy system and a variety of attributes, but LIGHT accounts for a larger number (at the time of writing this article).
Instructions for playing Weather Painter
Skill
100% (KoG and professional tournaments)
Has the following effects:
Activate the Continuous Spell card "Ancient Gear Castle" at the beginning of your first Turn.
Destiny Draw (Skill Card) (70% of the decks are not KoG or professional tournaments)
Skills have the following effects:
Core
*Almost all Weather Painters have the same effect: " Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the turn after this card is removed from the field to activate "The Weather" : You can Special Summon the card This post has been removed." I will call this effect [2]
The Weather Painter Snow (X2-3)
The Weather Painter Snow
ATK:
0
DEF:
2200
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can place 1 "The Weather" Spell/Trap from your Deck face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone. You can only use this effect of "The Weather Painter Snow" once per turn. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the turn after this card was banished from the field to activate a "The Weather" card's effect: You can Special Summon this banished card.
It is the main searcher of the deck and has no cost, but Snow is only played mainly at x2, partly because players do not want x3 boxes, partly because if there is no Weather Canvas or the effect is blocked, then with body 0, Snow will definitely get on the board, even if you get OTK.
The Weather Painter Thunder (X3)
The Weather Painter Thunder
ATK:
1700
DEF:
0
You can send 1 face-up Continuous Spell/Trap you control to the GY; place 1 "The Weather" Spell/Trap from your Deck face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone. You can only use this effect of "The Weather Painter Thunder" once per turn. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the turn after this card was banished from the field to activate a "The Weather" card's effect: You can Special Summon this banished card.
Used to be a secondary search of the deck and cost a lot, but Thunder is used more than Snow because... it's cheap. Partly because the first stage will have almost no cost (thanks to the skill created under the condition of not being destroyed). Thunder has an ATK of 1700, so even if it gets hit by Fiendish Chain , it's not too bad.
The Weather Painter Cloud (X2)
The Weather Painter Cloud
ATK:
1500
DEF:
1000
If another face-up "The Weather" card you control is sent to the GY: You can target up to 2 "The Weather" Spells/Traps in your GY; place them face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone. You can only use this effect of "The Weather Painter Cloud" once per turn. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the turn after this card was banished from the field to activate a "The Weather" card's effect: You can Special Summon this banished card.
This monster has the effect [2]
The Weather Painter Sun (X0-1)
The Weather Painter Sun
ATK:
1600
DEF:
400
If this card is in your GY: You can send 1 face-up Continuous Spell/Trap you control to the GY; Special Summon this card in Defense Position, and if you do, place 1 "The Weather" Spell/Trap from your hand face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone. You can only use this effect of "The Weather Painter Sun" once per turn. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the turn after this card was banished from the field to activate a "The Weather" card's effect: You can Special Summon this banished card.
This monster has the effect [2]
The Weather Painter Rain (X0)
The Weather Painter Rain
ATK:
1200
DEF:
1400
If this card is Special Summoned: You can place 1 "The Weather" Spell/Trap from your hand face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone. You can only use this effect of "The Weather Painter Rain" once per turn. Once per turn, during the Standby Phase of the turn after this card was banished from the field to activate a "The Weather" card's effect: You can Special Summon this banished card.
This monster has the effect [2]
The Weather Snowy Canvas (X2)
The Weather Snowy Canvas
"The Weather" Effect Monsters in your Main Monster Zones of this card's column and its adjacent columns gain this effect. ● You can banish this card (Quick Effect); add 1 "The Weather" card from your Deck to your hand, also you cannot add cards from your Deck to your hand for the rest of this turn, except by drawing them. You can only control 1 "The Weather Snowy Canvas".
It's an eternal spell with the ability to search, but it requires banishing 1 The Weather monster to search, so x3 will cause a brick, partly because this card can be searched by Thunder or Snow . But after activating this card, you will not be able to add another card from the deck to your hand, except DRAW.
The Weather Thundery Canvas (X2-3)
The Weather Thundery Canvas
"The Weather" Effect Monsters in your Main Monster Zones of this card's column and its adjacent columns gain this effect. ● At the start of the Damage Step, if this card battles an opponent's monster: You can banish this card; return that opponent's monster to the hand. You can only control 1 "The Weather Thundery Canvas".
Like the Snowy friend above, bringing x3 of this card is no different from increasing the brick rate due to having to banish The Weather monster, but in this guy's case, x3 is acceptable because this card is the easiest to destroy. As well as being a card that helps your The Weather monster actively trade with the opponent.
The Weather Cloudy Canvas (X2 )
The Weather Cloudy Canvas
"The Weather" Effect Monsters in your Main Monster Zones of this card's column and its adjacent columns gain this effect. ● You can banish this card, then target 1 face-up monster on the field (except during the Damage Step) (Quick Effect); halve its current ATK for the rest of this turn, but it can attack directly this turn. You can only control 1 "The Weather Cloudy Canvas".
The reason for x2 is like Thundery and Snowy , this card allows your The Weather monster to banish itself to halve the attack power of a face-up monster on the field and that monster will attack at base. If viewed in one direction, this effect only allows you to attack directly at the base point, but because this card reduces the attack power of face-up monsters on the field by half, it can affect your opponent's monsters and you can send that annoying monster to the grave, for example: Abyss Dweller , Number 70 ,...
The Weather Sunny Canvas (X0)
The Weather Sunny Canvas
"The Weather" Effect Monsters in your Main Monster Zones of this card's column and its adjacent columns gain this effect. ● You can banish this card, then target 1 monster you control (Quick Effect); Tribute that target, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "The Weather" monster from your hand or GY, but not with the same name the Tributed monster had on the field. You can only control 1 "The Weather Sunny Canvas".
This card is too blunt, so blunt that it causes bricks and is not suitable for this deck, because its effect is SACRIFICE, so your monsters will go to the grave instead of banish (a taboo of Weather Painter).
The Weather Auroral Canvas (X0)
The Weather Auroral Canvas
"The Weather" Effect Monsters in your Main Monster Zones of this card's column and its adjacent columns gain this effect. ● When exactly 1 card is added to one player's hand (except during the Damage Step): You can banish this card; banish the added card, and if you do, that player draws 1 card. You can only control 1 "The Weather Auroral Canvas".
This card has a very weak effect but also loses 1 The Weather monster. This card will be strong, if you play the deck out strategy with the Lightsworn, but in the current meta, this card is useless.

Kiteroid (X2)
Kiteroid
ATK:
200
DEF:
400
During damage calculation, if your opponent's monster attacks directly (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; you take no battle damage from that battle. During damage calculation, if your opponent's monster attacks directly (Quick Effect): You can banish this card from your Graveyard; you take no battle damage from that battle.
As a control deck, the later the fishing, the stronger it is, plus The Weather monster has to banish itself to activate the effect, so it often leaves the field empty. Meanwhile, kiteroid has the ability to block 2 direct hits to the origin point.
Santa Claws (X2)
This card cannot be x3 or x1 for the following reason:
Valhalla Hall of the Fallen (X2)
Valhalla allows you to special summon Fairy-type monsters from your hand as long as you do not control the monster. For continuous banish decks like Weather Painter, having no monsters on the field is very simple, Valhalla allows you to have 2 fuck to Thundery or to def
Cosmic Cyclone and Mystical Space Typhoon (X0-3)
The same goal is to not give the opponent a chance to harass you, but Cosmic Cyclone and MST follow two separate playing styles.
Sphere Kuriboh, Battlin' Boxer Veil and Arcana Force XIV - Temperance (X1-3)
Arcana Force XIV - Temperance
ATK:
2400
DEF:
2400
During damage calculation, in either player's turn: You can discard this card; you take no Battle Damage from that battle. When this card is Summoned: Toss a coin and apply this effect. The effect lasts while this card is face-up on the field. ● Heads: Halve all Battle Damage you take. ● Tails: Halve all Battle Damage your opponent takes.
They all have the same main function of protection, but these 3 cards are used for separate purposes such as:
Staple Extra Deck
Ghostrick Alucard (X0-1)
Ghostrick Alucard
ATK:
1800
DEF:
1600
2 Level 3 monsters Monsters your opponent controls cannot target face-up "Ghostrick" monsters, or any face-down Defense Position monsters, for attacks, except this one. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Set card your opponent controls; destroy that target. You can only use this effect of "Ghostrick Alucard" once per turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 other "Ghostrick" card in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand.
Alucard is mainly included in the deck because it is easy to summon and has the ability to capture the opponent's face-down cards (both monsters and magic/traps). Alucard can be mixed with cards like Book Of Moon very well.
Number 47: Nightmare Shark (X1-3)
Number 47: Nightmare Shark
ATK:
2000
DEF:
2000
2 Level 3 monsters When this card is Special Summoned: You can attach 1 Level 3 WATER monster from your hand or your side of the field to this card as an Xyz Material. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 WATER monster you control; this turn, that monster can attack your opponent directly, also other monsters cannot attack.
Number 47: Nightmare Shark has an extremely dirty ability, which is to spend 1 Xyz material to punch straight at your origin with a 2k ATK body. Although the side effect is that your other monster cannot attack when it uses the effect, but if you cannot block it, another Number 47 will come onto the field and punch you again (if used to hit the original point, it usually brings 2 leaves ). Nightmare Shark has the ability to overcome all large-bodied enemy monsters and win (if not blocked).
Number 20: Giga-Brilliant, Digital Bug Corebage, Gaia Dragon and the Thunder Charger (X0-1)
Digital Bug Corebage
ATK:
2200
DEF:
1800
2 or more Level 5 LIGHT Insect-Type monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by detaching 2 Xyz Materials from a Rank 3 or 4 Insect-Type Xyz Monster you control, then using that Xyz Monster as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls; shuffle it into the Deck. Once per turn, if the battle position of a monster(s) on the field is changed (except during the Damage Step): You can attach 1 Insect-Type monster from your Graveyard to this card as Xyz Material.
Number 20 here is a monster that is only used as a material for higher ranks. Because the summoning conditions only require 2 Level 3 monsters, Number 20 is brought by many people as a Staple for the F2P version of the Extra Deck.
Wind-Up Zenmaines (X1)
This card has the ability to destroy 2 times, and if it is still alive it will shoot 1 opponent's card. This card is often used when going first or when it is not clear what the opponent is playing with a dense backrow (shiranui, gouki,...)
Number 17: Leviathan Dragon (X0-1)
With easy summoning and F2P conditions, Leviathan Dragon has the ability to trade with monsters with attack power of 2500 or less, even 3000 if you can't combo and want to waste enemy resources.
