Instructions for playing Fluffal
Sections covered in this guide:
Main Core Cards
Toy Vendor (x2)
Toy Vendor
Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; draw 1 card and show it, then if it is a "Fluffal" monster, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your hand. Otherwise, discard the card you drew. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Edge Imp Sabres" or 1 "Fluffal" monster from your Deck to your hand.
the soul of the deck and it's F2P, unfortunately the game only has 2 copies of it so it can't be x3
Fluffal Dog (x3)
The deck's Searcher should be x3 which is very normal, not only can it search for Fluffal monsters, it can also search for Edge Imp Sabers - an important material for Tiger and Wolf,...
Fluffal Bear (x3)
Fluffal Bear
ATK:
1200
DEF:
800
You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; Set 1 "Toy Vendor" directly from your Deck to your Spell & Trap Zone. You can Tribute this card, then target 1 "Polymerization" in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. You can only use 1 "Fluffal Bear" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
If F2P can also search for the soul of the deck, it must definitely be x3, not only that, it also has the ability to pick up Poly from the grave.
Fluffal Wings (x1-2)
Fluffal Wings
ATK:
100
DEF:
100
If this card is in your Graveyard and you control "Toy Vendor": You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 "Fluffal" monster in your Graveyard; banish it, and if you do, draw 1 card, then you can send 1 "Toy Vendor" you control to the Graveyard, and if you do, draw 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Fluffal Wings" once per turn.
As the deck's pot of greed, Bear will usually pull Toy Vendor onto the field, Toy Vendor throws this card to draw 1, this card banishes itself and Bear to draw 1, send your Toy Vendor to the grave, draw 1 and when Toy Vendor goes down Grave will search, this card has very strong resources and F2P :D
Fluffal Owl (x1-2)
Fluffal Owl
ATK:
1000
DEF:
1000
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned from the hand: You can add 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck to your hand. You can pay 500 LP; Fusion Summon 1 "Frightfur" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Materials. You can only use 1 "Fluffal Owl" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
F2P
Fluffal Cat (x0-1)
F2P
Fluffal Sheep and Fluffal Octopus (x0-1)
Fluffal Sheep
ATK:
400
DEF:
800
If you control a "Fluffal" monster, except "Fluffal Sheep", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can return 1 other "Fluffal" monster you control to the hand; Special Summon 1 "Edge Imp" monster from your hand or Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Fluffal Sheep" once per turn.
Fluffal Octopus
ATK:
800
DEF:
800
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 "Fluffal" or "Edge Imp" monster in your Graveyard; add it to your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard as a Fusion Material for a Fusion Summon of a "Frightfur" Fusion Monster: You can target up to 2 of your banished monsters; return them to the Graveyard. You can only use each effect of "Fluffal Octopus" once per turn.
These two cards are not too necessary in the deck, their effects only have a certain benefit but can easily cause bricks. So if you want, try to put it in x1 only.
Edge Imp Sabres (x2)
F2P
Edge Imp Chain (x0-1)
Edge Imp Chain
ATK:
1200
DEF:
1800
When this card declares an attack: You can add 1 "Edge Imp Chain" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is sent from the hand or field to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Frightfur" card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 "Edge Imp Chain" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
Mainly used in effects when sent from the hand or field to the grave, it will search for 1 Frightfur card from the deck. often used as bait for skills or searching for Frightfur Fusion
Frightfur Factory and Frightfur Fusion (Archetyple Fusion Cards)
Frightfur Factory
You can banish 1 "Polymerization" Spell Card or "Fusion" Spell Card from your Graveyard, except "Diffusion Wave-Motion"; Fusion Summon 1 "Frightfur" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or your side of the field as Fusion Materials. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 of your banished "Frightfur Fusion"; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Frightfur Factory" once per turn.
Both can be searched using Edge Imp Chain
- Frightfur Fusion: Mainly fuse Frightfur monsters from the Extra Deck by banishing monsters from the field or grave (usually after fusion Tiger shoots and uses up all grave resources to create other monsters to make OTK easier), because it is once per turn and search Okay, so you should play x1, but if you like x2, that's okay because everyone has their own way of playing and I respect that.
- Frightfur Factory: Blends quite well with Frightfur Fusion as it can banish and then take it back. The minus point of this card is the Continuous spell, which means you will only have 1 Spell/Trap slot left if you already have Toy Vendor on the field. So if you have one, just play x1.
Extra Deck
Frightfur Tiger (x2)
Frightfur Tiger
ATK:
1900
DEF:
1200
"Edge Imp Sabres" + 1 or more "Fluffal" monsters When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target cards on the field, up to the number of Fusion Materials used for its Fusion Summon; destroy them. All "Frightfur" monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each "Fluffal" monster and "Frightfur" monster you control. You can only control 1 "Frightfur Tiger".
Both effects are strong
Frightfur Wolf (x1-2)
Frightfur Wolf
ATK:
2000
DEF:
1500
"Edge Imp Sabres" + 1 or more "Fluffal" monsters Must be Fusion Summoned with the above Fusion Materials and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card can attack a number of times each Battle Phase, up to the number of Fusion Materials used for its Fusion Summon.
How many punches do you use? How many punches do you use? :D
Frightfur Sabre-Tooth (x1)
Frightfur Sabre-Tooth
ATK:
2400
DEF:
2000
1 "Frightfur" Fusion Monster + 1+ "Fluffal" and/or "Edge Imp" monsters When this card is Fusion Summoned: You can target 1 "Frightfur" monster in your GY; Special Summon it. All "Frightfur" monsters you control gain 400 ATK. If this card was Fusion Summoned using 3 or more Fusion Materials, it cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.
Usually fusion with Tiger and use effect to bring Tiger back, the effect using its 3 ingredients is not very important, depending on the situation you should think whether or not.
Frightfur Daredevil (x1)
Frightfur Daredevil
ATK:
3000
DEF:
2200
1 "Edge Imp" monster + 1 "Fluffal" monster When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. If this face-up card is destroyed by battle, or leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect while its owner controls it: You can inflict 500 damage to your opponent for each "Frightfur" monster in your Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Frightfur Daredevil" once per turn.
You can level it up very easily, just need any edge imp or fluffal, so you can upgrade it anytime, no one cares about the effects :)
Frightfur Sheep (x0-1)
Frightfur Sheep
ATK:
2000
DEF:
2000
"Edge Imp Chain" + 1 "Fluffal" monster If this card battles, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, or if this card in your possession is destroyed by an opponent's card effect and sent to your Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card, and if you do, it gains 800 ATK. You can only use this effect of "Frightfur Sheep" once per turn.
Made by chain so it can handle the situation of not having Edge Imp Sabers in hand, this one has been tested for a while but is now gone, since you spend 1 poly and 2 cards to get it out but can only show 1 body to defend then just go ahead. x2 kiteroid or x3 BoM heals it
A few other extra deck cards
Number 70: Malevolent Sin
ATK:
2400
DEF:
1200
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish it until your opponent's next Standby Phase. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: You can make this card gain 300 ATK, and if you do, increase its Rank by 3.
The Phantom Knights of Break Sword
ATK:
2000
DEF:
1000
2 Level 3 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 card you control and 1 card your opponent controls; destroy them. If this Xyz Summoned card is destroyed: You can target 2 "The Phantom Knights" monsters with the same Level in your GY; Special Summon them and increase their Levels by 1, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except DARK monsters.
Abyss Dweller
ATK:
1700
DEF:
1400
2 Level 4 monsters While this card has a material attached that was originally WATER, all WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; your opponent cannot activate any card effects in their GY this turn.
Skill
Patchwork Creation (Skill Card) (.)
This skill is not as useless as people think. If you have tried this skill or have mastered Fluffal, you will know that this skill allows you to exchange 1 crappy Edge Imp in your hand (maybe Edge Imp Chain) for 1. The Edge Imp you need (can be Edge Imp Sabers)
Some other good Skills
- Prescience: This skill tells you what deck opp plays and what card he picks next to avoid (eg book of moon,...)In addition, this skill also goes together with Toy Vendor so you can play gacha with less luck.
- Aroma Strategy: similar to Prescience but only sees your top deck
- Master of fusion: it's not too good because it only allows you to get Polymerization, but it can be used twice in a match and this deck's only search card for Polymerization is Fluffal Owl. Play this Skill if you hate all the other characters =))), otherwise it's not worth it because The Most Unbearable Monster can also help you get Polymerization.
- Destiny Draw: Hack game
Edge Imp Assist (Skill Card) (Recomend using)
Edge Imp Assist (Skill Card)
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
Each of the following effects can be used once per Duel. ● Send 1 "Edge Imp" monster from your hand to the Graveyard. Change 1 "Polymerization" in your hand to "Frightfur Fusion." ● Send 1 "Edge Imp" monster from your hand to the Graveyard. Send 1 "Edge Imp" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.
Edge Imp Assist is one of the best skills to use today, it helps you do OTK if you have Frightfur Fusion without any Edge Imp targets or if you have Edge Imps to use but don't need must have Frightfur Fusion, which is good because you still have Frightfur Fusion in the deck; it just "transforms" a Polymerization into it.
The Most Unbearable Monster(Skill Card) (Priority number 2)
The Most Unbearable Monster(Skill Card)
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
At the beginning of the Duel, add 1 "Frightfur Bear" to your Extra Deck. The following effect can be used before your normal draw after your Life Points decrease by 1500. Instead of conducting your normal draw, randomly add 1 "Edge Imp Sabres," "Fluffal Bear," "Polymerization," or "Frightfur Fusion" to your hand from outside of your Deck. During the turn this Skill is used, you cannot Special Summon any monsters except "Frightfur" Fusion Monsters. This Skill can only be used once per Duel.
- Whether it's a bug or a mistranslation, we still don't know, but for now the skill The Most Unbearable Monster is a Destiny Draw according to the game's system, allowing you to choose one of four very good cards to create a combo if you're missing some pieces of the combo and save a spot in your Extra Deck for Frightfur Bear by adding it at the beginning of the match.
Staple
Staple you can freely choose
Kiteroid
ATK:
200
DEF:
400
During damage calculation, if your opponent's monster attacks directly (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; you take no battle damage from that battle. During damage calculation, if your opponent's monster attacks directly (Quick Effect): You can banish this card from your Graveyard; you take no battle damage from that battle.
This deck is just a sandbag on turn 1, but you shouldn't use valuable resources for your OTK to sandbag, these cards help you survive after accidentally being taken on turn 1.
Engines
Elemental HERO Brave Neos, Elemental HERO Neos and Neos Fusion (Neos)
Elemental HERO Brave Neos
ATK:
2500
DEF:
2000
"Elemental HERO Neos" + 1 Level 4 or lower Effect Monster Must be Fusion Summoned. Gains 100 ATK for each "Neo-Spacian" and "HERO" monster in your GY. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can add 1 Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand that specifically lists the card "Elemental HERO Neos" in its text.
Neos Fusion
Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck that lists exactly 2 monsters as material, including "Elemental HERO Neos", by sending those monsters from your hand, Deck, or field, ignoring its Summoning conditions. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters. If a Fusion Monster(s) you control that lists "Elemental HERO Neos" as material would be destroyed by battle or card effect, or shuffled into the Extra Deck by its own effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead.
- Neos Fusion (x2): This is the reason we use this Engine, probably not much to say about the ability to have a Fusion card and protection, being able to Search
- E Hero Neos: Meat lump for fusion
- E Hero Brave Neos: there's not much more than just leaves for us to fuse
Evil HERO Adusted Gold and Dark Fusion (Dark Fusion)
Evil HERO Adusted Gold
ATK:
2100
DEF:
800
You can discard this card; add 1 "Dark Fusion", or 1 card that specifically lists "Dark Fusion" in its text, from your Deck to your hand, except "Evil HERO Adusted Gold". You can only use this effect of "Evil HERO Adusted Gold" once per turn. Cannot attack unless you control a Fusion Monster.
Mainly goes with the skill Supreme King's Castle Revelation, and of course, not targeted :D
Dark Fusion has the protection ability that helps Frightfur Tiger safely clear the field and OTK with Frightfur wolf
Combo
Fluffal has very diverse combos depending on what Hand you have, however this deck is not good when going into turn 1 but if you can survive to the next turn there is a lot to talk about!
TOP COMBO (TURN 1)
Fluffal Bear + Fluffal Wings :
- Activate Fluffal Bear 's effect by discarding it and placing Toy Vendor on the field.
- Activate Toy Vendor by discarding Fluffal Wings .
- Activate Fluffal Wings 's effect in the grave by banishing it and Fluffal Bear and send Toy Vendor to the grave to draw 2 and get Edge Imp Sabers or a Fluffal monster of your choice. At that point, set the backrow you want or perform the next combo you can think of
Fluffal Owl + Fluffal Cat + Edge Imp Chain + Any Fluffal or Edge Imp:
- Summon Fluffal Owl And use its effect to get Polymerization
- Use Polymerization to Fusion Summon any Frightfur monster except Wolf, Saber-Tooth and Tiger using Fluffal Cat and Edge Imp Chain .
- Activate Fluffal Cat 's effect in the grave to return Polymerization to your hand and activate Edge Imp Chain to get Frightfur Fusion .
- Use Polymerization again to summon Frightfur Saber-Tooth using the Frightfur you summoned, Owl and another Fluffal/Edge Imp monster. You will end up with Saber-Tooth on the field immune to destroy next to the Frightfur you used to Summon it ( It is summoned again by Saber-Tooth's effect ) and Frightfur Fusion in your hand ready for the next OTK turn.
Fluffal Owl + Fluffal Cat + Edge Imp Chain + Edge Imp Sabers OR King of the Swamp :
- Summon Fluffal Owl and use its effect to get Polymerization
- Use Polymerization to Fusion Summon Frightfur Daredevil with Fluffal Cat and Edge Imp Chain .
- Activate Fluffal Cat 's effect in the grave to return Polymerization to your hand and activate Edge Imp Chain to get Frightfur Fusion .
- Use Polymerization again to Fusion Summon Frightfur Tiger using Edge Imp Sabers or King of the Swamp , and Fluffal Owl .
- Use Frightfur Tiger 's effect to destroy 2 cards on your opponent's field
- Activate Frightfur Fusion to Fusion Summon Frightfur Wolf with the amount of materials of your choice to send to the grave.
Fluffal Dog + Polymerization + Edge Imp Sabers :
- Summon Fluffal Dog and use its effect to get Fluffal Cat .
- Use Polymerization to Fusion Summon Frightfur Tiger with Fluffal Cat and Edge Imp Sabers .
- Activate Fluffal Cat 's effect in the grave to get Polymerization back to your hand and activate Frightfur Tiger if there is something to destroy on the opponent's field.
- Activate Edge Imp Sabers 's effect in the grave to Special summon itself by returning 1 of your cards to the top of the deck.
- Use Polymerization again to Fusion Summon Frightfur Saber-Tooth with Edge Imp Sabers , Fluffal Dog and Frightfur Tiger . Saber-Tooth will be immune from destruction because we used 3 ingredients.
- Use Frightfur Saber-Tooth 's effect to Special Summon Frightfur Tiger after we use it as a Fusion material. You will end the combo with 2900 ATK Tiger and 3400 ATK Saber-Tooth resistance to destruction.
- The Combos made above can be done with a pure Fluffals deck, but are also improved if you use Dark Fusion or some good Skills that can help get Fusion Spells easier and faster.
- Always consider replacing Polymerization with Dark Fusion in case you have it on hand, but be mindful to do it when using Fluffal Cat for just Polymerization.
- Try to send Fluffal Wings to GY by any means possible. Finally, you can have an empty field with only Toy Vendor in your hand, where only Wing can help you Comeback But DO NOT replace an effect monster when sent to the Graveyard or used as a Material Fusion with it while performing Combos.
