One of the most famous anti-meta decks because of its misery and discomfort. No matter what the opponent does, we "suck" their monsters, which Vietnamese players call friendly "liemhaihondaitao" :V
But we have to accept the fact that when it comes to duel links decks will be quite limited and we will feel that it lacks something to be able to compete strongly with other decks. Perhaps partly due to the lack of "faceless" and partly due to skills being quite limited (can't compete with Kaijju). However, since it's an anti-meta deck, of course it will be fun to play :))) so you can set aside 2 SD cards to build and experience.

Instructions for playing Relinquished
Sections covered in this guide:
Skill
Thousand-Eyes Illusion (skill card) (100%)
Thousand-Eyes Illusion (skill card)
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
If you control "Thousand-Eyes Idol," you can use one of the following effects once per turn: ● Return 1 card from your hand to the Deck, and Set 1 "Black Illusion Ritual" or 1 "Polymerization" to the field from the Deck. (Only 1 copy of cards with the same name can be Set during the Duel with this Skill.) Then, you can add 1 "Relinquished" to your hand from the Deck. ● Return 1 monster from your hand or the field to the Deck, and then play 1 "Bickuribox" from the Extra Deck. This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with a Deck (excluding Extra Deck) that contains no monsters other than total of at least 10 Level 1 Spellcaster-Type monsters or monsters with "Relinquished" in their text.
New skills were added recently. Although it is not OP because it also has many certain limitations, it is probably still the Best choice for this deck
Helping us easily fuse or Ritual through skills is the first strong point, the opponent cannot add Cosmic or MST to the card you set through this skill because they cannot chain.
The second strong point is that Kuribox acts as a 2k3 atk beater, helping to improve the deck's ability to attack decisively a lot.
Core
Relinquished (x2)
Relinquished
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Black Illusion Ritual". Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card (max. 1). This card's ATK/DEF become equal to that equipped monster's. If this card would be destroyed by battle, destroy that equipped monster instead. While equipped with that monster, any battle damage you take from battles involving this card inflicts equal effect damage to your opponent.
Although this Relinquished card is an Ace card with a cool appearance, it is quite useless, often bricking and causing difficulties for us.
- Often used mainly for the purpose of "mid", to fuse to create Thousand-Eyes or Millennium-Eyes
Thousand-Eyes Idol (x3)
Although it is a useless level 1 normal monster, it is very necessary for this deck. We need x3 of it to be able to meet the skill's conditions and above all to activate the skill's abilities:
- Immediately set a Fusion card or a card used for Ritual Relinquished (remember that skills cannot be chained so the opponent will not be able to cosmic or MST)
- When you feel there is a lack of monsters to attack or finish off the opponent, you can summon Bickuribox from the skill when there is a Thousand-Eyes idol on the field.
Golden-Eyes Idol (x3)
Golden-Eyes Idol
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can activate this effect; look at your opponent's hand, also this card's name becomes "Thousand-Eyes Idol" until the End Phase. If this card is banished, or sent to the GY by card effect: You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; equip that Effect Monster to 1 "Eyes Restrict" or "Relinquished" monster you control that cannot be Normal Summoned. While equipped by this effect, that monster gains ATK equal to the ATK of the equipped monster. You can only use this effect of "Golden-Eyes Idol" once per turn.
x3 Of course, because at a glance we can see that the ability is very strong. When on the field it can become "Thousand-eyes Idol" allowing us to activate our skills. In addition, this is a quick effect, we can activate it at any time during our turn, the opponent's turn, or chain right after other effects (except counter traps).
Not only that, that quick effect also helps us look at the opponent's Hand, calculate their moves in advance, and outplay them. Looking at cards is no different from playing dirty but it's not legal :D
The final ability of this card is that when banned or sent to the grave by a card effect, it will suffocate the opponent's monsters to your Relinquisheds. This means we can apply combos with Quick Fusion and succ 2 cards right on the opponent's turn
Black Illusion Ritual (x1)
Can be easily set on the field through skills so only need x1 (avoid being bricked). Can only be used to ritualize Relinquished in each situation, other than that it has no other effects :)))
Polymerization (x1)
Like Black Illusion Ritual, this is also a card that can be easily placed on the field through skills so it only needs x1. Perhaps Fusion will be a better choice than Black Illusion Ritual because we will call out Millennium or Thousand which is much more useful than Relinquished.
Millennium-Eyes Illusionist (x3)
Millennium-Eyes Illusionist
ATK:
0
DEF:
1400
(Quick Effect): You can discard this card, then target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; equip that target to an "Eyes Restrict" Fusion Monster or "Relinquished" you control, as if it were equipped by that monster's effect. If an "Eyes Restrict" Fusion Monster(s) or a "Relinquished" is Special Summoned: Add this card from your GY to your hand (this is not optional). You can only use each effect of "Millennium-Eyes Illusionist" once per turn.
1 UR card is only available in Relinquished's new SD, its useful ability correctly represents it as a UR card.
- It can help us immediately steal enemy monsters right on the field with Quick Effect speed
- In addition, when a Relinquished is summoned, we can Recycle this card back to the hand while it is in the grave. That's why I like this card
Relinquished Fusion (x3)
Relinquished Fusion
Fusion Summon 1 "Eyes Restrict" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, by banishing materials from your hand, field and/or GY. During your Main Phase: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; equip that target to an "Eyes Restrict" Fusion Monster or "Relinquished" you control, as if it were equipped by that monster's effect. You can only use each effect of "Relinquished Fusion" once per turn.
Yeah, this card is really powerful, a Miracle Fusion but a Quick spell.
We use this card to summon Relinquished Fusions very easily when we can use materials in the grave. Furthermore, this card can also banish itself from the grave to kill enemy monsters (although at the lowest speed).
Of course, because of quick spells, we can perform combos right on the opponent's turn. Succeed monsters that cause difficulty, even interrupt enemy combos easily when using Millennium-Eyes monsters (with quick effs)
Mystic Piper (x0-x1)
This card can fit the Skill's conditions and be inserted into the deck. Eff is quite slow, has to tribute itself so we can draw more. But the ability that really makes it useful for this deck is because the monsters in our deck are all Level 1, if we're lucky we can draw a lot of cards from the deck.
But its weaknesses are also many, besides drawing it has no other use, sometimes causing bricks, if you want to activate its eff, you will also lose 1 turn of normal summon (we often use it for Idol). Moreover, it is also an Ur card in the main box, so you can not use it.
Tech
Cosmic Cyclone and Mystical Space Typhoon (Backrow cleaner)
2 top national cards sought after by every deck. The meta has always had very annoying backrows, so having cards that can clear the back row is an advantage.
In addition, we can also use it to destroy the opponent's monsters that we can Succ to Succ other monsters. Because many times, the opponent will not be stupid enough to attack our Relinquisheds and this leaves us stuck with our own monsters.
Crackdown (As much as possible)
Trap cards are arguably the strongest today. Helps us add more ability to succ. With the current situation when many other top tech cards are limited to 1, Crackdown cannot be a better choice.
Many decks with this card when stealing monsters will often have a crowded field, but with Relinquished, that is not a problem. We can use skills or borrow monsters stolen from the opponent to Ritual or Fusion.
Unexpected Dai and Enchanting Fitting Room (x2-x3)
Tech cards help us summon Normal monsters or specifically "Thousand-Eyes Idol". Because we really need Idols to be able to make play, we can even have 2 Idols on the field (gold and regular idols) through these 2 spells to help make our field more solid.
SpellBook Engine
Spellbook of Knowledge (x1)
Slot card limit 1 maybe we should leave it to Spellbook of Knowledge. As we know, in the Relinquished deck, all monsters are Spellcasters, so Spellbook will help add a small amount of power to your deck.
As for Knowledge's Eff, everyone probably knows. Send 1 and draw 2, the card exchange effect is quite profitable. Furthermore, we can combine with Golden Idol and SUCC to add another monster on the opponent's field
Spellbook of Wisdom (x1)
Forbbiden Lance version for "Spellcaster" mages. These spellbooks can be easily searched through Secret, the quick Eff effect helps protect your "many-eyed" monsters from spell trap cards. We can easily see how annoying our deck is, but encountering annoying backrows is even worse, so keeping this in mind will help us feel more secure when comboing or making plays.
We can completely replace this card with MST or Cosmic because when playing Relinquished we will combine it with SpellBook spells, from there we can easily search for cards depending on the match (in short, we can handle them). handle situations better than MST or Cosmic)
Extra
Thousand-Eyes Restrict (x2)
Thousand-Eyes Restrict
ATK:
0
DEF:

"Relinquished" + "Thousand-Eyes Idol" Other monsters on the field cannot change their battle positions or attack. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card (max. 1). This card's ATK/DEF become equal to that equipped monster's. If this card would be destroyed by battle, destroy that equipped monster instead.
The ability to steal monsters is no different from regular Relinquished. In addition, it also has an ability quite similar to Floodgate in that other monsters cannot change attack or defense positions.
The inconvenience of this card is that other monsters on the field (including our own monsters) cannot attack, this is a huge minus point when it is not possible to completely finish off the opponent, which can cause They play and draw and then make play to turn their bet. Furthermore, it can only succ 1 monster :((
Millennium-Eyes Restrict (x2)
Millennium-Eyes Restrict
ATK:
0
DEF:
0
"Relinquished" + 1 Effect Monster Once per turn, when your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls or in their GY; equip that target to this card you control. This card gains ATK/DEF equal to that equipped monster's. Monsters with that equipped monster's name cannot attack, also their effects on the field and their activated effects are negated.
Unlike Thousand-Eyes, Millennium-Eyes is much better (hearing the name is enough to understand :D).
Steal monsters instantly (quick play speed), which can be activated after each enemy monster activates the effect. Monsters on the field that have the same name as the Succ monster cannot attack or activate effects
However, it cannot protect itself from battle like the other "Eyes" :((
Bickuribox (x2)
Yeah, WTF is this card?? The question that everyone will immediately have in mind when they first see it appear with the Relinquished deck. Because in reality it has nothing to do with this deck (perhaps the only thing related is the Art toon related to Pega tiger).
Although the deck is not relevant, the skill is :D, just activate the skill, return 1 and we have a piece of meat with 2k3 ATK to smash OPP's mouth while Reli monsters have almost no ability to attack. attack because of low ATK and it is also difficult to succ high ATK monsters when encountering good opp
Sylvan Princessprite (x1)
Sylvan Princessprite
ATK:
1800
DEF:
100
2 Level 1 monsters You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a Spell/Trap, add it to your hand. Otherwise, send it to the GY. You can send 1 other Plant monster from your hand or face-up from your field to the GY, then target 1 "Sylvan" monster in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Sylvan Princessprite" once per turn.
There is no shortage of Relinquished at level 1. XYZ to get this Princess is also a small matter.
Remove 1 material that can be viewed at the top of the deck. If it is a spell/trap, it can be picked up, if it is a monster, it can be pushed to the grave as a material.
Pentestag and Code Talker (Random Link 2 Monster)
You can choose one of the link 2 monsters so that in many cases we can clear the field or have monsters capable of finishing off the opponent.
