This is a very strong Anime Deck in the current meta, holding its position on the tier for quite a long time, strong regardless of turn 1 or turn 2. Having an additional Extra Monster zone makes the already strong deck even better. health, the future will keep the tier for a long time if Konami does not take action to nerf the skill too imba
However, the price of this deck is so expensive that we cannot play this deck every time we want. Core is scattered in different boxes, staples are all strong and expensive top cards today. 1 Deck Pay to Win for genuine tycoons

At the beginning of the Duel, add Pendulum Zones to your field. The following effect can be used once per Duel. Add 1 "Odd-Eyes" Pendulum Monster with 2500 ATK or lower from your hand to your Extra Deck face-up, and place 1 "Xiangke Magician" and 1 "Xiangsheng Magician" to your Pendulum Zones from your hand/Deck. Then, change the Pendulum Scale of "Xiangsheng Magician" in your Pendulum Zone to 8. This Skill can only be used/applied if you begin the Duel with a Deck (excluding Extra Deck) that contains at least 5 Level 4 and 5 Level 7 monsters and contains no monsters other than "Performapal" or "Odd-Eyes" monsters, or "Magician" Pendulum Monsters.
1 skill too Imba, we can easily search for Odd-eyes Pendulum Dragon's hand and activate this skill. Not only is there an additional Pendulum zone on both sides, but it also immediately activates Xiangke Magician and Xiangsheng Magiacian on both sides of the pendulum zone.
This is too bogus because we all know we can't chain after skills, meaning we can pendulum summon immediately without fear of Cosmic or MST. In addition, Xiangke Magician has a very strong Eff that we can easily bring onto the field via Odd-Eyes MeteorBurst Dragon.
I can't write enough to talk about the strengths of this skill :v. Komoney please nerf this skill
Core
Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon (x3)
Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon
ATK:
2500
DEF:
2000
[ Pendulum Effect ] You can reduce the battle damage you take from an attack involving a Pendulum Monster you control to 0. During your End Phase: You can destroy this card, and if you do, add 1 Pendulum Monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each Pendulum Effect of "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon" once per turn. [ Monster Effect ] If this card battles an opponent's monster, any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent is doubled.
Yuya's Ace card, the soul of the deck.
At the beginning of the turn we use it to search, then activate the skill and bring it back to the field. We can use it as a powerful monster with 2500 ATK and also x2 Damage.
However, Xyz Rank 7 currently has many strong cards, so Ace Cards are mainly used as materials for multi-use Xyz monsters :V
Performapal Skullcrobat Joker (x2)
Performapal Skullcrobat Joker
ATK:
1800
DEF:
100
[ Pendulum Effect ] You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Performapal" monsters, "Magician" Pendulum Monsters, and "Odd-Eyes" monsters. This effect cannot be negated. [ Monster Effect ] When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Performapal" monster, "Magician" Pendulum Monster, or "Odd-Eyes" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Performapal Skullcrobat Joker".
One of the Main searchers of the deck. You can search for any "Odd-eyes", "Performapal", "Pendulum Magician" as soon as you normally summon it.
The search ability is quite wide, isn't it?
Xiangsheng Magician and Xiangke Magician (Xiangke x2 - Xiangsheng x1)
Xiangsheng Magician
ATK:
500
DEF:
1500
[ Pendulum Effect ] Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control, and 1 Level 5 or higher monster you control; that Xyz Monster's Rank becomes equal to the Level of that Level 5 or higher monster, until the end of this turn (even if this card leaves the field). While you control more cards than your opponent does, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 4. [ Monster Effect ] Your opponent takes no battle damage from attacks involving this card. Once per turn: You can target 1 other face-up monster you control; this card's ATK becomes equal to that monster's current ATK, until the end of this turn.
Xiangke Magician
ATK:
2500
DEF:
500
[ Pendulum Effect ] Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; this turn, you can use it as an Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon using its Rank as if it were a Level (even if this card leaves the field). [ Monster Effect ] Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 LIGHT monster on the field; that face-up monster has its effects negated until the end of this turn.
We can use these two cards to easily Pendulum Summon, in addition, the Pendulum Eff of these two cards is also quite impressive, we can use them to summon Odd-eyes Rebellion Dragon or other powerful XYZ monsters.
Xiangke is more special when it has a decent amount of ATK (2500 ATK) and has Monster Eff Negate 1 Light Monster until the end of the turn. Eff is used to outplay decks with Light-type Bosses such as: Blue-eyes, Melodious, LightSworn,...
Performapal Secondonkey (x2-x3)
Because after activating the skill, we already have Xiangke and Xiangshing in the Pendulum zone, so we can easily bring this Donkey onto the field and search for a card easily. Usually we will search for Joker and continue searching for one more card. 1 gentle combo with +2 cards
Nobledragon Magician (x1)
Nobledragon Magician
ATK:
700
DEF:
1400
[ Pendulum Effect ] Unless you have a "Magician" card in your other Pendulum Zone, destroy this card. [ Monster Effect ] Cannot be used as Synchro Material, except for the Synchro Summon of a Dragon Synchro Monster. If this card is used as Synchro Material, unless all other Synchro Materials are "Odd-Eyes" monsters, place this card on the bottom of the Deck. If this card is in your hand or GY: You can target 1 Level 7 or higher "Odd-Eyes" monster you control; reduce its Level by 3, and if you do, Special Summon this card.
Grants you the ability to summon a powerful Lv 7 synchro monster using Odd-eyes Pendulum Dragon on your field.
Yeah, just listening makes me think of Meteor Burst Dragon day, right?? If you use more combos later, it will be clear later xD
Performapal Odd-Eyes Minitaurus (x1)
Performapal Odd-Eyes Minitaurus
ATK:
1200
DEF:
1600
[ Pendulum Effect ] If your "Performapal" or "Odd-Eyes" monster attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent. [ Monster Effect ] During damage calculation, if your Pendulum Monster attacks an opponent's monster: You can make that opponent's monster lose 100 ATK for each "Performapal" and "Odd-Eyes" card you control, during damage calculation only.
With Scale 6 we can combine with Arc to summon level 7 Odd-eyes Monsters. The ability to punch and cause DMG to penetrate, we can combine with Book of Moon to handle and fight decks with high ATK.
This card's monster eff greatly reduces the opponent's ATK while Odd-eyes Pendulum Dragon deals x2 DMG, so punching monsters with a small amount of ATK equal to Odd-eyes will be what helps bring us victory. .
Dragonpulse Magician (x1)
Dragonpulse Magician
ATK:
1800
DEF:
900
[ Pendulum Effect ] Once per turn, if you have a "Magician" card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can discard 1 Pendulum Monster, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy it. [ Monster Effect ] ''This boy magician has the gift of seeing the natural lines of energy that run through the earth, which his people call the Pulse of the Dragon. His exuberance and skill put him in high regard with his mentor, the "Dragonpit Magician".''
Usually used to activate Ebon Illusion Magician's Eff. Can be used to attack or Xyz rank 4
Spiral Flame Strike (x3)
Although there are 2 abilities, they are usually only used to search and create combos.
Its ability to destroy 1 is also very good, but you should only use it when you have a huge advantage in the match
Staple
Because the Staple section is full of top hot cards that everyone knows about EFF, I will divide it into traps and spells quickly :)). You can choose and pick a deck to suit your preferences or wallet
Crackdown, Compulsory Evacuation Device and Warning Point (Trap)
Extra Deck
Trishula Zero Dragon of the Ice Barrier (x1)
Trishula, Zero Dragon of the Ice Barrier
ATK:
2700
DEF:
2000
1 Tuner + 2+ non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can banish up to 3 cards your opponent controls. If this Synchro Summoned card in its owner's control is destroyed by an opponent's card: You can Special Summon 1 "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" from your Extra Deck or GY, its ATK becomes 3300, then halve the ATK of any face-up monsters your opponent currently controls, also negate their effects. You can only use this effect of "Trishula, Zero Dragon of the Ice Barrier" once per turn.
Banish up to 3 Cards the opponent controls (remember that this ability does not count as a target) will help you clear the opponent's field and finish them off. Many annoying Untarget bosses like Lunalight's... will just cry when they see me call this card
Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon (x1)
Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon
ATK:
2500
DEF:
2000
1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone; Special Summon it, also this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn. You can only use this effect of "Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon" once per turn. Monsters in your opponent's possession cannot activate their effects during the Battle Phase.
Its effect helps us ensure that when we attack, the opponent's monsters will not be able to activate anything, including handtraps like: Kiteroid or Sphere Kuriboh
But maybe the opponent will have monsters with higher ATK than us, so we can use the second ability of this card to XYZ to Ebon or Dark Armed and then we will remove those obstacles.
Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon and Number 70: Malevolent Sin (x1)
Number 70: Malevolent Sin
ATK:
2400
DEF:
1200
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; banish it until your opponent's next Standby Phase. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card attacked: You can make this card gain 300 ATK, and if you do, increase its Rank by 3.
2 cards of rank 4
Abyss Dweller and Evilswarm Nightmare (x1)
Abyss Dweller
ATK:
1700
DEF:
1400
2 Level 4 monsters While this card has a material attached that was originally WATER, all WATER monsters you control gain 500 ATK. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; your opponent cannot activate any card effects in their GY this turn.
And here are the 2 rank 4 XYZ cards we use when taking turn 1. Dweller helps us prevent effs from the grave while Nightmare is no different from a Book of Moon, defending, waiting for the opponent to end the turn and sending them back to the fighting hall.
Ebon Illusion Magician (x1)
Ebon Illusion Magician
ATK:
2500
DEF:
2100
2 Level 7 monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 6 Spellcaster-Type Xyz Monster you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type Normal Monster from your hand or Deck. When a Spellcaster-Type Normal Monster declares an attack: You can target 1 card your opponent controls; banish it. You can only use this effect of "Ebon Illusion Magician" once per turn.
With the way the cards are in the deck, it's not difficult to summon this guy. From there we summon Dragon Pulse Magician, let DragonPulse attack and then banish 1 card on the field
Voloferniges the Darkest Dragon Doomrider (x1)
Voloferniges, the Darkest Dragon Doomrider
ATK:
2500
DEF:
2100
2 Level 7 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 2 materials from this card, then target 1 face-up card on the field; destroy it, and if you destroyed a monster, you can make 1 face-up monster you control gain ATK equal to the destroyed monster's original Level/Rank x 300 until the end of the next turn. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. This is a Quick Effect if this card has a Dragon monster as material, but cannot be activated in the Damage Step.
Yahh, when we combo the full board turn 1, this will be an indispensable card. The ability to destroy a face-up card includes spells/traps but unfortunately it cannot be activated during the Damage Step
