[REQUIREMENT] When your opponent Normal Summons a monster while you have 2 or more face-up LIGHT and/or DARK Attribute Sea Serpent Type monsters on your field. [EFFECT] Destroy that Normal Summoned monster. Then, if you have no monsters in your Graveyard, destroy all face-up monsters on your opponent's field.
