Preface
First impressions
- Strangely, the game doesn't seem to attract much blood, it still has certain strengths:
- High configuration, beautiful, low game capacity, worthy for players to hunt and look forward to! Good job, Konami ~~
- The game interface is easy to see, not too distracting, and the arrangement of the cards is quite nice.
- The free decks are quite strong, enough to take you to Gold Rank (you will need some support cards from Solo Mode)
- The plot of Solo Mode is quite interesting, and even more interesting is that it gives you many attractive rewards.
- Opening Card Packs to find cards is not too difficult, not to mention the Card Packs are divided into many different archetype lines so you can build your own deck of cards of the card line you like.
- In my opinion, Gem refills are quite cheap, but not very necessary when you can plow through Solo Mode to find them (receive more at Life Mission).
- There were a few cute animals watching me play cards. Kawaiiiiii :>
- BUT the game still has its disadvantages that I find quite annoying such as:
- The arrangement of cards is quite difficult to see.
- The Structure Deck is quite small and may not be needed.
- A match will last from 8-10 minutes, sometimes more, longer than Duel Links
- The instructions when first entering the game will not be enough for newbies to fully understand how to play Master Duel, but thanks to Solo Mode, you can slowly learn more about how the card lines work.
Should I play Master Duel or Duel Links ?
- Firstly, the biggest difference is the card lines and summoning methods: MD (Master Duel) has all the card lines and summoning methods from Normal to Link, while DL (Duel Links) has not yet been released. running out of cards and methods, still stuck in Pendulum (The purpose is to suck the blood of players).
- Second is the plot of the two games. If you like the anime plot, play DL, but if you want to learn about the plot of each line of cards, play MD.
- Third is about game duration. If compared to DL, MD will be much slower and longer. Simply compare, for a normal DL game it takes at most 4-5 minutes, then with MD, that time will be multiplied by 2 or more. 3, not to mention the opponent's combo is too long and you have to wait a long time.
