Introducing Master Duel
Master Duel is a game that allows Duelists to play in TCG and OCG formats and is allowed by Konami to be used as the official game for large international tournaments such as Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship .
After being first announced back in July, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel has finally been scheduled to officially launch at the recent The Tokyo Game Show 2021 event. And just this morning, January 19, 2022, Master Duel was available to download on all platforms such as PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Steam, iOS and Android.
Why can't Master Duel be downloaded in Vietnam?
Although it is possible to download, Vietnam is still on Konami's list of restricted countries , so currently, if we search, we will not be able to download the game, UNLESS we change the location. IP only.

Instructions for downloading Master Duel on PC
The most common way to play Master Duel on a computer is usually to download emulator software to be able to play the game. In fact, this is not really a strange way for players today and the emulation software that players most often use is Steam - a very familiar gaming software in Vietnam. However, downloading Master Duel on Steam will encounter many difficulties because there will be some minor problems during the download process. Step 1 - Download Hide.me
The first difficulty you will encounter will be Konami's restriction of using the game in some countries. Therefore, there will be no way for you to use and play the game without changing the ip address and it is good that we have tools that can help us with that. First you need to download and install Hide.me VPN software to change your ip address to another country. If you don't want to use Hide.me, you can also use some other software of your choice.

After installation is complete, open Hide.me and click the Get your free plan button to use Hide.me for free! then press the Change button in the Location section.
Step 2 - Select Server
Continue to select a server cluster to convert ip in the Server Selection table. Normally in this step, you will choose the first countries that appear on the interface because you are using the free version of Hide.me (you will only need the free version because you only download this app once to use it). then delete) so the countries that appear first will be free suggestions for you to choose from (usually all countries suitable for downloading Master Duel).
Step 3 - Connect
After selecting the server, press the Connect button. Wait a moment to connect, after successful connection you will see the words Connected with the connection time next to it. This means you have changed your IP address to a completely different country than Vietnam.
Step 4 - Download Steam

After downloading, run the file and install normally.
Step 5 - Sign up for a Steam account
You need to create a Steam account in a country where Master Duel allows it to download Master Duel. So after downloading Steam, you need to create a Steam account while using Hide.me.

Please fill in a few Emails and select the country where you want to register to play Master Duel. I choose United States (United States).
Click Countinue.
Step 6 - Confirm Email
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Steam.
Go to that email and click Verify My Email Address.
Step 7 - Complete registration
After confirming your email, you will return to the Tab where you initially registered to continue completing the registration process.
Enter your account name, password, and confirm password.
Click Done.
Here, you have registered your Steam account. Use that account to log in to Steam that was downloaded on your computer in step 4.
Step 8 - Download Master Duel

Small reminder :
- You should turn off or close Steam before opening Hide.me because if you turn on Hide.me while opening Steam, the application will not recognize the region you are in.
- During the process of downloading the game, do not turn off Hide.me, because this will greatly affect the download process.
- After downloading Master Duel, you can delete Hide.me to avoid the problems it causes with applications on your computer (After using Hide.me, you can delete it or keep it depending on your preferences). Step 9 - Install Master Duel
