Infernoble Knights is a sub-archetype of the Noble Knight archetype introduced in the secret pack ' Guided by the Noble Blade '. As a Synchro-focused archetype, the goal of this deck is to take advantage of a fairly underused mechanic in Yu-Gi-Oh, the Equip Card. The new support pile in 'Ride Into the Future' has breathed new life into this strategy thanks to some new support cards as well as a much-needed upgrade to the Emperor's toolkit. With Angelica, Princess of Noble Arms and Noble Arms Museum , the deck was boosted from an underrated engine to a High Tier potential Deck, and with the WANTED engine introduced along with it , which pretty much cements its Tier 2+ status. Hopefully this guide will give you some brief explanations about core and tech engine options, as well as provide some sample decks for FIRE combo 2024.

While this card is an Equip Card, the equipped monster cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can only use each of the following effects of "Infernoble Knight Ogier" once per turn. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 "Noble Arms" card, or 1 FIRE Warrior monster except "Infernoble Knight Ogier", from your Deck to the GY. If this card is in your GY: You can target 1 Warrior monster you control; equip this card to that monster you control.


Can be easily searched through 'Infernoble Arms - Durendal' and ' Heritage of the Chalice ', making him the 2nd best Normal Summon in the deck. Infernoble Knight Ogier is often used to bring Fire Warriors from the Deck to the Grave, such as Immortal Phoenix Gearfried , Infernoble Knight Turpin , etc.


Combined with Infernoble Knight - Renaud , you can get back cards sent to the Graveyard. Ogier's second effect allows him to equip himself on a Warrior monster as an Equip Spell that can protect that monster on the field from being destroyed by card effects and this eff will also activate the effect. Angelica 's second , Princess of Noble Arms .

If you control a FIRE Warrior monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If Summoned this way, treat this card as a Tuner. You can only Special Summon "Infernoble Knight - Renaud" once per turn this way. If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 of your FIRE Warrior monsters, or 1 of your Equip Spells, that is banished or in your GY, except "Infernoble Knight - Renaud"; add it to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Infernoble Knight - Renaud" once per turn.


Renaud is one of the best combo extension cards in this deck, as it is almost a '2 for 1' card. While keeping Renaud for use as an expansion card is optional, using it early can also be effective as it can set up early plays with Gearfried, Angelica, and even Apollousa. Renaud is mainly used to reclaim cards like Immortal Phoenix Gearfried , Infernoble Knight Oliver , Living Fossil , 'Infernoble Arms - Durendal ' etc. to support further combo extensions, most of which can be sent to the Graveyard by Infernoble Knight Ogier .

While this card is an Equip Card, the equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle. You can only use each of the following effects of "Infernoble Knight Maugis" once per turn. If this card is sent to the GY: You can shuffle into the Deck, 3 of your other FIRE Warrior monsters and/or "Noble Arms" cards that are banished or in your GY; draw 1 card. Putting Maugis in the deck is quite strange because it hasn't been there before. With the Shuffle effect of "Noble Arms" and Fire-Warrior returning to the deck to draw a card, Maugis is a great tool to find handtraps (cards). hinder the opponent) during the End Phase. This effect can also reuse Equip Spell Cards and Noble Arms Museum copies for subsequent turns. Although Astolfo seems like a good Extender at first glance, both of its effects require complicated setup and have very little advantage in practice. So it is not recommended to prioritize Astolfo over other Extenders

While this card is an Equip Card, your opponent cannot target the equipped monster with card effects. You can only use each of the following effects of "Infernoble Knight Oliver" once per turn. Infernoble Knight Oliver is a great Tuner Extender that doesn't require you to have any monsters on the field. You can simply send a Fire-Warrior Monster or Equip Spell from your hand or on the field to the Graveyard to Special Summon it. Normally, you can use the 1st Effect of " Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights " to trigger a free Special Summon Oliver to the field.

Oliver's second effect is the same as the other Infernoble Knights: allowing it to equip itself on a Warrior as an Equip Spell, which can protect that monster on the field from being targeted. And from there WE WILL TRIGGER ANGELICA .

Roland owns both quite useful effects. The first allows you to equip him from your hand to any monster you control. This can gain two advantages if the target is Angelica, Princess of Noble Arms : first, it activates Angelica's effect to special summon Captain Roland from the Extra Deck, and at the same time it causes Roland to be sent down Graveyard (GY) because Angelica has left the field.     While this card is equipped to a monster: You can add 1 Level 5 or lower FIRE Warrior monster from your Deck to your hand, then destroy this card. If this card is sent to the GY because the equipped monster is sent to the GY: You can target 1 Level 5 or lower FIRE Warrior monster in your GY; Special Summon it, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, except Warrior monsters.     "Infernoble Arms - Durendal" is the second "Reinforcement of the Army" card in the Deck. Durendal can help you get any FIRE Warrior Monster that is Level 5 or lower from your Deck into your hand. In addition, Durendal also has an additional effect when the equipped monster is sent to the GY. This Effect Special Summons a Fire-Warrior Monster from your Graveyard, which can be used to "extend" in certain situations.

      Joyeuse is the searchable version of " The Warrior Returning Alive ". This is a great tool to reclaim combo pieces from the effect of " Infernoble Knight Ogie r" or use for the next steps in the combo. When Joyeuse is sent from the field to the grave with the equipped monster, you can Special Summon a Fire-Warrior Monster from your hand. Unlike Durendal, you are not limited to only summoning a Warrior after activating this effect.

        In theory, this is a card that helps us OTK quite well, because our monsters have quite high Atk, so when using this card, we will be punched 2 times. However, the downside is that other cards will not be able to attack. Maybe it's not worth wasting 1 slot of my deck.

If your "Noble Knight" monster equipped with a "Noble Arms" Equip Spell is destroyed by battle and sent to the GY, while this card is in your GY: You can add this card to your hand. You can only use 1 "Heritage of the Chalice" effect per turn, and only once that turn.


          "Heritage of the Chalice" acts as the 3rd " Reinforcement of the Army " card. Chalice can take any "Noble Knight" or "Noble Arms" card from the Deck OR Graveyard (GY). This is a great way to search for Normal Summon, Extender and even " Noble Arms Museum " cards. Additionally, if a "Noble Knight" monster is sent to the Graveyard while equipped with a "Noble Arms" card (e.g. Durendal), you can return Chalice from the graveyard to your hand.

            Olifant is an interesting option to disrupt opponents but is easy to find. Olifant can banish an Equip Spell from the Graveyard to Destroy 1 card on the field without targeting. You can also Destroy a “Roland” you control to Special Summon Fire-Warriors from the Deck.

            The easiest way to get this card is to search for it with "Angelica, Princess of Noble Arms". However, adding "Noble Arms Museum" to the deck brings more benefits, making it unwise to include Olifant in the deck because it can affect the deck's stability, bricking.

                  Noble Arms Museum is a far superior extender than Renaud, it can meet everything we need. For the relatively small cost of 1200 LP, you can use the following two effects:

                  • The first effect allows you to add any 'Noble Arms' card from the Main Deck to your hand, including Extenders and cards for the next turn.

                  • The second effect only applies after you have successfully searched for a card using the first effect, which is the ability to Special Summon a 'Noble Knight' monster from the Spell/Trap zone.                   As the Link version of ' Infernoble Knight Emperor Charles ', this card alone can create 3 Interruptions to your End Board. Its Summoning condition is 1 'Infernoble Knight Emperor Charles ' equipped with an Equip Spell and it's quite easy so you can spam it onto the field using the effect of 'Noble Arms Museum' multiple times.

                  When this card appears on the field, it equips the original 'Charles' from the Graveyard and copies its name and effects. In addition, it also has the ability Negate Spell/Trap by sending an Equip Spell from the hand or field to the Graveyard.

Each turn, negate the effect of your opponent's first Spell Card or effect that resolves. Once per turn, while this card is equipped to a monster: You can gain 500 LP, then destroy this card, and if you do, your opponent cannot target the monster this card was equipped to with card effects, while it is face-up in the Monster Zone.


                        During the End Phase, the effect of Infernoble Knight Emperor Charles will be activated to Equip an Equip Spell from your Graveyard and a Fire-Warrior monster from the Main Deck. After the recent update, this is the best card you can equip with this effect . As long as Charles has an Equip Spell equipped in EndPhase, you can equip Angelica's Ring to him. This card works quite similarly to Magician's Right Hand as it allows you to Negate the first Spell your opponent activates during the turn.


                        A little note with the negate effect, you can only negate the spell when it is activated . Assuming spell cards like Field Spell or Continuous Spell are activated first, we will only be able to negate the effect the moment it activates , otherwise it will remain on the field, even using other effects. . But this Negate does not create a chain , so it can negate leaves like Super Polymerization or Dark Rule No More .

                              Promethean Princess is the newest thing added to the deck, this is an exclusive card for OCG/MD, meaning there is no way for us to try experimenting with this girl in the TCG (Trading Card Game). In Master Duel, we can use Promethean to set up quite a few additional interactions, something that is not possible in the TCG. She is also useful later in the combo by Special Summoning powerful Fire monsters like Immortal Phoenix Gearfried and Charles.                                   While this card is an Equip Card, the equipped monster cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 "Noble Arms" card, or 1 FIRE Warrior monster except "Infernoble Knight Ogier", from your Deck to the GY. If this card is in your GY: You can target 1 Warrior monster you control; equip this card to that monster you control.


                                  Requirements: Infernoble Knight Ogier + Infernoble Knight - Renaud .

                                  In this example, we will show you the summoning combo line   Infernoble Knight Ricciardetto equals   Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights , here I will use Ogier and Renaud , but this combo can be used whenever you have a Level 4 FIRE Warrior in your grave with slight differences.

                                  1. Normal Summon Infernoble Knight Ogier , use his effect when summoned to send Immortal Phoenix Gearfried from the deck to the grave.
                                  2. Special Summon Infernoble Knight - Renaud from hand, then add Immortal Phoenix Gearfried back to hand.
                                  3. Link Summon Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights , add 1 FIRE Warrior as cost for Oliver. (eg. Super Quantum Red Layer , Fire Flint Lady , ....)
                                  4. Activate Isolde's effect, Two Tales of the Noble Knights , and send Angelica's Angelic Ring down to Special Summon Infernoble Knight Ricciardetto , then DO NOT use his effect yet.
                                  5. Link Summon {Promethean Princess, Bestower of Flames.
                                  6. Use Promethean Princess's ability, Bestower of Flames to Special Summon Infernoble Knight Ricciardetto , Use its effect to summon Infernoble Knight Ogier from your grave.
                                  7. Synchro Summon Angelica, Princess of Noble Arms , add Noble Arms Museum .
                                  8. Place Noble Arms Museum on the Field Zone, add "Infernoble Arms - Durendal" to hand.
                                  9. Activate Infernoble Knight Ogier 's ability, target Angelica, Princess of Noble Arms , banish her Chain effect to End Phase to send Infernoble Knight Turpin to the grave and Special Summon Infernoble Knight Captain Roland from the Extra Deck.
                                  10. Equip "Infernoble Arms - Durendal" to a monster, then Infernoble Knight Turpin will Special Summon.
                                  11. Use "Infernoble Arms - Durendal" to add Infernoble Knight Oliver from your deck to your hand.
                                  12. Synchro Summon Infernoble Knight Emperor Charles , then use the effect of Infernoble Knight Captain Roland equip on Charles.
                                  13. Link Summon Emperor Charles the Great , then use this card's effect to equip Charles in the grave.
                                  14. Activate Emperor Charles the Great 's effect to destroy Promethean Princess, Bestower of Flames .
                                  15. Use additional effects of Noble Arms Museum , Special Summon Infernoble Knight Emperor Charles from Spell & Trap Zone.
                                  16. Infernoble Knight Oliver . Self-summoned to the field by effect
                                  17. Synchro Summon Baronne de Fleur equals Oliver and Charles.
                                  18. Special Summon Immortal Phoenix Gearfried from your hand by banishing the used "Infernoble Arms - Durendal" card
                                  19. Use Infernoble Knight Oliver 's grave effect to target Emperor Charles the Great .
                                  20. During the End Phase, Emperor Charles the Great 's effect will be activated, equip Angelica's Angelic Ring as well as Infernoble Knight Maugis to draw more in turn opp. Angelica will also return to the field at this time.
