Orcust's win condition
The main goal of the Orcust deck is to send Orcust monsters to the grave as quickly and as much as possible. Orcust monsters in the grave will use effects to summon additional Orcust monsters, adding resources to summon monsters from the extra deck.

The main monster, the key combo that this deck targets is Galatea . Galatea will help you pull more Orcust spells/traps from the deck to complete the combo.
Orcust is difficult to play alone, so it needs support from engines or extenders to be able to level up the Galatea monster more easily.

Steps to perform combos
- Normal Summon Girsu . Activate this effect when Normal Summoned, sending 1 Orcust Knightmare from the Deck to the Graveyard.
- Using Girsu 's second effect , when you don't have any other monsters on the field, summon 1 World Legacy Token to each side of the field.
- Activate Orcust Knightmare 's effect in the grave, remove this monster from the grave (cost), target 1 monster on the field, send Harp Horror from the deck to the grave. Targeted monsters gain 400 ATK.
- Use Harp Horror 's graveside effect , remove this monster from the grave (cost), special summon Cymbal Skeleton from the deck.
- Use Girsu and Cymbal Skeleton is used as a summoning material to link to the Galatea monster .
- Activate Galatea 's effect , target Harp Horror , return Harp Horror to the deck, then place Orcustrated Babel from the deck on the field.
- Activate Cymbal Skeleton 's effect in the grave, banish this monster (cost), summon Girsu from the grave again.
- Use Galatea as a material to summon xyz Dingirsu (thanks to Dingirsu 's ability ).
- When special summoned, Dingirsu can activate 1 of its 2 effects, you will choose the effect to take a discarded machine monster as material for this monster. Give the discarded Cymbal Skeleton as material for Dingirsu .
- Finally, use Girsu and World Legacy Token to summon the link to I:P Masquerena , activate the placed Orcustrated Babel and end the combo.
Dingirsu, the Orcust of the Evening Star, Knightmare Unicorn and Orcustrated Babel (End combo)

You can only use this effect of "Knightmare Unicorn" once per turn. While any co-linked "Knightmare" monsters are on the field, for your normal draw in your Draw Phase, draw 1 card for each different card name among those co-linked "Knightmare" monsters, instead of drawing just 1 card.
Orcustrated Babel
You can activate the effects of "Orcust" monsters in your GY, or of Link Monsters you control with "Orcust" in their original names, as Quick Effects. During your Main Phase, if this card is in your GY, except the turn it was sent to the GY: You can send 1 card from your hand to the GY; add this card to your hand.
At the end of the combo, you will have:
- 1 Dingirsu with 2 ingredients.
- 1 I:P Masquerena .
- 1 Orcustrated Babel .
- 1 card in the first hand of the combo.
Dingirsu 's protection effect for cards on your field that is not destroyed has no limit on the number of uses per turn, so you will have 2 protections for cards on your field.
I:P Masquerena can link summon during the opponent's turn. Use this monster along with Dingirsu to summon the monster Knightmare Unicorn . Thanks to the effect of I:P Masquerena , Knightmare Unicorn cannot be destroyed by enemy effects.
Use Knightmare Unicorn 's effect when Link Summoned, discard 1 card in your hand (first combo card) (cost), target 1 card on the field and return that card to the Deck.
Orcustrated Babel allows Orcust monsters in your grave to use their effects as quick effects (which can be chained and can be used during your opponent's turn). You can use Cymbal Skeleton 's effect from the grave to recall an Orcust monster from the grave ( Galatea , Dingirsu ) during your opponent's turn.
- When special summoned, Dingirsu can use effects and destroy 1 more opponent's card.
- Galatea can activate the effect and set 1 more Orcust spell/trap from the deck to prepare for the next turn.
Orcust Crescendo, Orcustrated Return and Orcustrated Babel (Another combo direction)

When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated while you control an "Orcust" Link Monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card. You can banish this card from your GY; add to your hand 1 of your DARK Machine monsters that is banished or in your Deck. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except DARK Machine monsters. You can only use 1 "Orcust Crescendo" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
Orcustrated Babel
You can activate the effects of "Orcust" monsters in your GY, or of Link Monsters you control with "Orcust" in their original names, as Quick Effects. During your Main Phase, if this card is in your GY, except the turn it was sent to the GY: You can send 1 card from your hand to the GY; add this card to your hand.
In combos, Galatea has more than one option when setting an Orcust spell/trap from the deck besides Orcustrated Babel .
Orcustrated Return is a +1 card if the remaining card in your hand is an Orcust or World Legacy monster.
Orcust Crescendo is a card that prevents your opponent's effects (1 for 1). To use this card, you must have a way to keep Galatea on the field during the combo.

In addition to Knightmare Unicorn , I:P Masquerena can also summon other monsters.
Apollousa (summoned with 2+ monsters with different names and tokens) can give you 2 or 3 more times to negate the effects of your opponent's monster.
Zeroboros (summoned by 2+ effect monsters) has the effect of removing all cards on the field when there is a specially summoned monster in the box where the link monster's arrow is pointing. This monster can spin again in the following turns.
Orcust Crescendo, Apollousa and Bow of the Goddess (Another combo direction)

When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated while you control an "Orcust" Link Monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card. You can banish this card from your GY; add to your hand 1 of your DARK Machine monsters that is banished or in your Deck. You cannot Special Summon monsters the turn you activate this effect, except DARK Machine monsters. You can only use 1 "Orcust Crescendo" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

When you want to summon Apollousa in the above combo, you need to go in a different direction because this is not a DARK monster and using the effects of Orcust monsters can limit your summoning.
Combos can be performed by following these steps:
Cards in hand: 1 Girsu .
Conditions: you do not have any monsters on the field.
- Normal Summon Girsu . Activate this effect when Normal Summoned, sending 1 Orcust Knightmare from the Deck to the Graveyard.
- Using Girsu 's second effect , when you don't have any other monsters on the field, summon 1 World Legacy Token to each side of the field.
- Remove Orcust Knightmare from grave (cost), target 1 monster on the field, send Harp Horror from deck to grave.
- Remove Harp Horror from grave (cost), special summon Cymbal Skeleton from deck.
- Use Girsu and Cymbal Skeleton is used as a summoning material to link to the Galatea monster .
- Activate Galatea 's effect , target Harp Horror , return Harp Horror to the deck, then place Orcust Crescendo from the deck on the field.
- Banish this monster Cymbal Skeleton from the grave (cost), target and summon Girsu from the grave again.
- Finally, use Girsu and World Legacy Token to summon the link to I:P Masquerena and end the combo.
In this combo, you will still keep Galatea on the field to ensure the activation conditions for Orcust Crescendo .
After activating the counter trap, you can use I:P Masquerena and Galatea to link summon the Apollousa monster with 1600 ATK (2 times negates monster effects).
Combo 1 card
Another deck combo that can be performed with one of the following monsters.
Cards in hand: 1 of the following monsters
The common feature of these monsters is that they can help you send a monster from the deck to the grave. During the combo, you will use the normal summon during your turn on these monsters.
- Armageddon Knight : Send 1 DARK monster from the deck to the Graveyard when summoned.
- Scrap Recycler : Sends 1 Machine monster from the deck to the Graveyard when normal or special summoned.
- Dark Grepher : Send 1 DARK monster from the deck to the Graveyard by discarding 1 DARK monster from hand. Combos with this monster will be relatively more difficult than the remaining monsters because it requires an additional DARK monster as a cost.
- Mathematician : Sends 1 level 4 or lower monster from the deck to the Graveyard when normally summoned.

- Use Girsu and 1 remaining effect monster to link summon Galatea .
- Remove Orcust Knightmare from grave (cost), target Galatea , send Cymbal Skeleton from deck to grave.
- Activate Galatea 's effect , target and return Harp Horror to the deck, then place Orcustrated Babel from the deck on the field.
- Remove Cymbal Skeleton from grave, target and special summon Girsu from grave.
- Summon xyz Dingirsu with Galatea , then activate Dingirsu 's effect when summoned, taking your discarded Cymbal Skeleton as material for this monster.
- Finally, link summon I:P Masquerena with Dingirsu and Girsu , activating Orcustrated Babel and ending the combo.

In this combo, you can set up your grave with many resources. Orcustrated Babel allows you to use the effects of Orcust monsters in the graveyard and Orcust link monsters on the field as quick effects.
Thanks to Orcustrated Babel , during your opponent's turn, you can use Cymbal Skeleton to summon 1 Orcust monster from the Graveyard:
- Summon Dingirsu to activate the effect of sending cards on your opponent's field to the Graveyard or adding 1 discarded machine monster to the material for this monster.
- Summon Galatea to return 1 discarded machine monster to the deck and place one spell/seven Orcusts from the deck on the field to prepare for the next turn.

I:P Masquerena can use itself and Dingirsu or Galatea to continue link summoning monsters with higher link ratings from the extra deck.
Summoning Knightmare Unicorn is a common play of I:P Masquerena in the Orcust strategy. Knightmare Unicorn can push 1 opponent's card back to the deck (cost is discarding 1 card in hand).
Longirsu is also a suitable target in this strategy. Longirsu 's effect allows you to return exactly 2 of your discarded machine monsters to the deck (with target). The purpose of using this effect is that thanks to Longirsu 's side effect, after returning 2 monsters to the deck, you can send 1 of your opponent's link status monsters to the grave. The 2 removed machine monsters that are set up for this strategy are Cymbal Skeleton and Orcust Knightmare , so you will be able to immediately activate Longirsu 's effect afterwards.
Topologic Zeroboros and Orcust Brass Bombard (Another combo direction)

You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Orcust" monster from your hand, except "Orcust Brass Bombard", also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except DARK monsters. You can only use this effect of "Orcust Brass Bombard" once per turn.
With the above combo, you can also summon the Zeroboros monster (link 4), however this monster cannot actively activate the effect of removing all cards on the field.
With the same steps as the combo above, you need to add 1 Orcust monster in your hand (except Brass Bombard ) when the combo is complete.
Cards in hand (2 cards): 1 of Armageddon Knight , Mathematician , Scrap Recycler monsters, plus 1 Orcust monster (except Brass Bombard ). You perform the same combo, still with an I:P Masquerena monster on the field along with Orcustrated Babel .
To be able to complete the combo, you need to do this during your opponent's main phase following the correct sequence:
- Remove Cymbal Skeleton from the grave to summon Girsu from the grave again (with target).
- Girsu, when summoned, will activate the effect, sending Harp Horror from the deck to the grave.
- Harp Horror will remove himself from the grave to special summon from the Brass Bombard deck.
- Finally, use I:P Masquerena , Girsu and Brass Bombard to summon Link to Zeroboros .
With a Brass Bombard in your grave and an Orcust monster in your hand, you can banish Brass Bombard from the grave to summon an Orcust monster from your hand to an empty space Zeroboros is pointing at so you can actively use its effect. Zeroboros response.
