Introduce

Overview of the archetype : ' 'Finally got the chance to visit the port that specializes in Gunkan Suships that I've been curious about for a long time! The premium "Shari" here is limited to just 2000 Suships per year and uses specially developed rice for processing, giving it a unique flavor unlike any other. The luxurious atmosphere made my heart beat even more... Gunkan Suship was served with a perfect balance of vinegar, nigiri, sparkles and shapes, showing the sophistication of the art. The owner of this place told me, "We will introduce aromatic and rich pre-EDO red vinegar in the near future," which I'm really looking forward to. However, I was quite disappointed because the surrounding sea was a bit noisy... so I rated it 4 stars with the hope of improvement in the future .''

... That's enough nonsense for now, I hope you don't think I'm crazy =))) Actually, these are just some Sushi boats, it's as simple as that...

Gunkan Suship is what most people would call an Aggro deck. A deck that is strong on turn 2, but terrible on turn 1. The main purpose of playing this deck revolves around using Normal monsters as the basis for fragrant sushi plates. There will be a lot of cards that need Gunkan Suship Shari to enable and get pretty bad without it. And this deck will focus on spamming Xyz.

Gunkan Suship Shari (x3)

The core of the deck, ANYTHING, will need this card

Gunkan Suship Shari Red (x3)

"What would happen if Shari were an Effect monster?" This card will also DO EVERYTHING for the Deck, which fits the theme quite well as it is compared to Shari, making it a Shari card but with effects.

While on the Field, Deck, Hand, or GY, Shari Red's name becomes Gunkan Suship Shari Red. This meets the requirements of all your other Suships. And will be very important to Painful Decision .
The main eff allows you to show another Shari in your hand (whether it's Vanilla or another Red card) so that Red can summon itself from the Deck and a Suship from the Deck. After this summon, you should immediately Xyz Summon an Xyz Gunkan based on the Suship you summoned.

You are allowed to summon an Xyz without wasting a Normal summon turn. Thanks to the effects of the XYZs, Shari Red also replaces itself in the Hand by drawing another card!

Painful Decision (x3)

It's not an Archetype card but it's important so I'll say it first

This spell acts as an additional x3 per Shari card. Because Shari Red has the same name as normal Shari due to eff, you can send normal Shari to the grave with Painful Decision to ensure you get Shari Red

Gunkan Suship Ikura (x3)

The main Level 4 Extender of the deck, it simply summons itself from the Hand if you are controlling a Shari on the field. The pushing effect is usually not useful in other formats, but it becomes more reliable in Duel Links due to the deck size of 20 cards. So if you're lucky, you'll be able to summon more meatballs onto the field, or you can prepare for your next turn by adding another Shari to your Hand.

Gunkan Suship Uni (x2-3)

Extender level 5. By showing another Gunkan card in your Hand, you can summon Uni from your hand. However, this special summon will have a cost, if you do not show Shari then you will have to place that card on the bottom of the Deck. If you show Shari, you will simply be summoned Shari!

The level adjustment is also quite good. Because it ensures you can summon your deck's Rank 5 while also giving you a Shari from Deck to Hand.

Gunkan Suship Ikura-class Dreadnought (1-2x)

Rank 4 of the deck. Both XYZ Monsters share the same effect of drawing a card when summoned if using Shari as material. However, if used with Gunkan Suship Ikura , the Ikura-class Dreadnought will be attacked twice per Battle Phase. This is great for ensuring you can get OTK before your opponents.

Its Field effects are also excellent. If an XYZ Gunkan Monster deals Battle Damage, you can destroy a card on the Field. Unfortunately, this effect only works once per turn. This effect will combine very well with the XYZ Rank 5 card.

Gunkan Suship Uni-class Super-Dreadnought (x1-2)

And this is XYZ Rank 5. When overlayed with Uni, it can attack directly. In addition, it also has an ATK index of 2900, a significant amount of damage that can even kill opp. Like I said, this card synergizes very well with the Rank 4 card's Field effect. You can attack directly AND destroy a card.

But there's one annoying thing about this card, Uni Dreadnought's Field effect can only be activated during YOUR Main Phase, or during your OPPOSITE's Battle Phase. This is a relatively strict condition otherwise this would be a good eff.
Uni Dreadnought can Destroy your opponent's face-up cards based on the number of XYZ Gunkan Monsters you control. It can destroy backrows and monsters, ensuring you are safe to dance. But unfortunately you will encounter some clever opponents who will take advantage of this limitation, they will probably save their discard cards for your Battle Phase.

Gunkan Sushipyard Seaside Supper Spot (x0)

Bait card, not worth a slot deck. Can be playable, x1 for example if there is more support.

Gunkan Suship Daily Special (x0)

ROTA 's effect on a trap card, you think it would be good to search but koooooooo, why is it a trap card dkm konami. It's best not to play this card, it's too slow.

Dessert 😋(Techs)

Unexpected Dai (option)

Simply special summon Shari from your deck when you don't control any monsters. A pretty good starter with a hand starting with Ikura.

level 4 Extender

ANY LEVEL 4 LEAF CAN ADD FOOD. It's just that the above cards appear in my mind, just play to get XYZ.

Oni-Gami Combo (troll)

This card is really quite fun when it appears in the Deck :))). Your XYZ does not need to detach materials to activate effs, so the cost of this Spell is almost non-existent.

We can guarantee 1 turn of OTK with damage <5800 LP when combined with Uni. However, it's really not worth 1 slot because it's unlikely we can play Uni. If you like trolling and changing things, then well... go ahead =))

Skill

Whatever . But I recommend some of these

Sealed Tombs (Skill Card) and Switcheroo (Skill Card) (Depends on preference)

These 2 skills combine very well with Cosmic Cyclone when paying 1000LP. Switcheroo will be useful when the deck becomes too brick, Sealed Tombs will help us lock opp's grave.

In addition, I can also use skill buffs for XYZ such as Overlay Gain,...

Sorry for looking a bit uninvested. But actually Suship is a VERY Simple Deck, so there really isn't much to say. I also don't want to talk about Engine Utopia for the deck, but it seems like it will combine quite well, just note that using effs will prevent you from summoning Uni in battle.

Magikey and sometimes even Charmers are also accessible Engines, so do what you want with this information =)).
