Aigami - a Cool character appearing in the movie Yugioh!: The Dark side of Dimensions - Occupies a lot of Spotlight in the movie as a Boss. An explosive movie with very careful investment, from images to characters, so Aigami's fan base is very large.

Furthermore, the Deck that Aigami carries in the movie is Cubic. This Archetype has appeared for a long time in Duel Links as a Free to Play deck for newbies, especially this deck is completely 100% free and depends on how you plow, without spending a single gem.

The art of the Cubic product is also very beautiful, the deck is even more sought after when the game drops a boss monster, Dark Cubic Lord, which is also a free product. However, Cubic is really quite weak in the current meta, even as a certain youtuber said to play to Lose :V, but with the appearance of the boss monster, will cubic have CANCER and increase competitiveness? ??

At the beginning of the Duel, add 3 "Vijam the Cubic Seed" to your Deck. This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with a Deck/Extra Deck that contains no monsters other than "Cubic" monsters. In addition, the number of Spell/Trap Cards that are not "Cubic" cards must be 6 or lower.


Cubic Seeds is a previously more refined version of the deck but requires more conditions to bring out your boss monster. However, if you manage well and then bring out Buster Gundil and set up your grave with Vijams, you'll be doing quite a bit of looping to maximize what this Archetype can do.

Play 1 Level 4 or lower 'Cubic' monster from your hand. The ATK of the monster you played with this Skill is equal to its original Level x 500. If the monster is destroyed, you lose Life Points equal to its original Level x 500. This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with a Deck/Extra Deck that contains no monsters other than 'Cubic' monsters. This Skill can only be used once per turn and twice per Duel.


Free 1 summon from skill helps this deck increase its speed quite a lot, Free 1 Buster Gundil without having to tribute is also bad with 2000 ATK. But be careful not to let the monster summoned with this skill be destroyed because it will damage your own Life Points.

This skill is Twice per duel, which is quite good but the monster will not be able to activate its summoning effect when summoned with a skill (eg -800LP ability or DUZA's mill ability).

This is the boss I mentioned above, taken from a recent event. Since having this card, the draw rate has increased significantly :V

Unlike the previously released 2 bosses of cubic Buster Gundil and Indioria Doom, we only need to show 3 Cubic monsters in our hand to special summon this card (not a very messy tribute). In addition, 3000 ATK and being able to ATK up to 2 times makes this card a card that helps Cubic finish off enemies more easily than ever (something that Cubic previously did not have at all but only relied on Buster Gundil very slowly). prison, Indora Doom is off the table :V)

It's not even affected by the effs of other cards (Monsters with over 3000 ATK or cards with active Effs available, you can still get hit normally :V) helps you defend very well on the field without fear of losing your cards. The boss took a lot of effort to summon him.

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 "Cubic" card from your Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if a monster was sent to your Graveyard this turn while this card was face-up on the field: You can make this card gain 200 ATK for each monster with a different name in your Graveyard, until the end of this turn.


Because Vijam is locked by Skill, Duza is essential to any Cubic deck as the only Normal Summonable Cubic monster. In the Cubic Seed version of this deck, Duza serves the secondary purpose of sending Vijam to the graveyard. If not, you can destroy Karma and banish it to search for Buster Gundil. This mill effect can also be used as a trigger for Duza's ATK increase effect if you discard a Cubic monster.

Duza's inherent ATK boost was quite important to the overall strength of this deck before introducing Buster Gundil; The remaining monsters are simply too weak for their summoning costs. Cubic Drahma and Karma work well to increase this card's ATK. Dhrama through your deck and throw your Cubic into the graveyard. Karma increases Duza's ATK to 4000 without taking into account Duza's inherent ATK increase.

Since there aren't many good Cubic monsters, Cubic's current playstyle can be summarized as Buster Gundil Turbo OTK. Buster Gundil has the same summoning conditions as Indiora but has higher ATK and generally more useful effects. Attacking 3 times for a whopping 3000 ATK can easily help you OTK your opponent.

For effects when leaving the field, prioritize reviving Vijam as it is more likely to stay on the field until you summon it next turn. Reviving Duza is also a good choice because you get better Mill effects. Reviving multiple Duzas with Buster Gundil's effect allows you to Mill a lot of cards. Additionally, we should add another Buster Gundil to your hand, preferably from the deck. If your opponent has 800 LP or less, you can choose to search for Indiora or Geira to deal the final burning damage.

From its on-death effect, you can see that Buster Gundil can be extremely difficult to kill if set up properly.

  1. Buster Gundil is sent to the graveyard.
  2. Revive 3 Vijam and add Buster Gundil to hand.
  3. Summon the Buster Gundil you added to your hand using 3 Vijam as sacrifice.
  4. Repeats every time Buster Gundil is sent to the graveyard.

800 is a significant amount of burn damage, especially in a format where opponents only start with 4000. Therefore, Geira Guile can be brought out to tease your opponents or even sometimes steal some wins by burning their last 800 LP. The cost of sacrificing to Geira Guile is also not high as it only requires 1 Cubic Monster, from which we can easily spam a lot of 800 and 800

Vulcan Dragni will be the next choice after Geira Guile; Geira Guile takes Vulcan Dragni and sets its summoning requirements. Likewise, it deals 800 damage when summoned, but has more ATK at 1600. And so on, Vulcan Dragni will then search Indiora and set its summoning requirements; However, these conditions are better used to summon Buster Gundil.

Vulcan Dragni's ATK is quite weak and from here we can see that these monsters are only really used to deal damage effects. (F*ck this shit cost 2 tribute)

Cannot be destroyed by battle. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: You can place this card face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Spell Card, and if you do, place 1 Cubic Counter on that opponent's monster. (Monsters with a Cubic Counter cannot attack, also negate their effects.) If this card is treated as a Continuous Spell Card by this effect, during your Main Phase: You can Special Summon this card from your Spell & Trap Zone.


In recent updates, Vijam has been added to Aigami's level-up Reward (level 38) and we can completely own x1 Vijam instead of having to go through the Cubic Seed skill like before.

The discomfort of this card is undeniable, it is a card that can be Normal summoned in cubic decks besides Duza. Cannot be destroyed by battle, if the opponent refuses to read the text and attacks Vijam, they will be negated and unable to attack, no different from a brick carrying a burden on the field. If we have Dhrama, we can actively use Vijam to attack and block the enemy's field.

Recently, because of Vijam, the Dimenson Summon version has been used much more than the Cubic Seed version (many limitations), although only x1 Vijam has clearly shown discomfort, will Konami give us x3 Vijam in the future? and Crimson Nova? :)))

Indora really isn't a good monster. It has the same summoning conditions as Buster Gundil so most times you will spend just summoning Buster Gundil. The burning effect upon summon can also be performed by Geira, a Cubic monster that is much easier to summon. The only real reason we play Indiora is to have another monster named Cubic to increase Duza's ATK.

    You take no battle damage from attacks involving your "Cubic" monsters. You can only use each of the following effects of "Cubic Dharma" once per turn, during your Main Phase: ● You can send 1 "Cubic" card from your hand to the GY, and if you do, draw 1 card. ● You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Cubic" monster in your GY; add it to your hand.


    The first effect of is used to build your deck, which is very useful when looking for Buster Gundil. The Discard effect can be used to push Vijam to the graveyard so that Buster Gundil will later die and revive Vijam, cards named Cubic can also be pushed to increase Duza's ATK.

During your opponent's turn, if "Vijam the Cubic Seed" is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Cubic" monster: Send this card to the Graveyard, and if you do, halve your opponent's LP. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 "Cubic" monster from your Deck to your hand.


      Karma is useful and can be used in both versions of the deck. Its first effect allows you to turn any of your Cubic monsters into a formidable one. This is great for removing the effects of Dark Ganex and Blade Garooda or turning Buster Gundil into an even bigger monster. To maximize ATK gain, don't send Vijam to the grave with Duza if you have Karma in hand.

      The second effect can only be activated by Buster Gundil or Indiora's on-death effect. Halving your opponent's LP is always better than leaving Karma on the field, so use it as soon as you get the chance.

      Mill Karma with Duza's effect and banish it to search for Buster Gundil.

        When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Special Summon 1 "Vijam the Cubic Seed" from your Deck, and if you do, change the attack target to it, and perform damage calculation. If your opponent's LP are at least 2000 higher than yours: You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "Vijam the Cubic Seed" from your hand, Deck, or GY, then, if only your opponent controlled a monster when this effect was activated, you can Special Summon up to 2 more "Vijam the Cubic Seed". You can only use this effect of "Cubic Ascension" once per turn.


        Cubic Ascension is a good defensive option, allowing you to Special Summon Vijam from your Deck and redirect enemy attacks to it. You can Special Summon Vijam in attack position to intentionally take damage, but if your opponent has many follow-up attacks it is better to summon Vijam in defense position. The goal here is to lower your LP to 2000 below your opponent while not dying.

        Then, on your turn, you can activate Cubic Ascension from the graveyard, hopefully meeting the conditions to summon three Vijam. With three Vijams on your field, you can summon almost anything you want.

        Sadly, we only have x1 Vijam earned through leveling Aigami and Cubic Seed is no longer popular, so the usage rate of this card is also significantly reduced, even x0

          Distribute a number of Cubic Counters on face-up monsters your opponent controls, up to the number of "Cubic" monsters you control. (Monsters with a Cubic Counter cannot attack, also negate their effects.) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Cubic" monster you control; this turn, each time it destroys a monster by battle that has a Cubic Counter, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of that destroyed monster. You can only use each effect of "Cubic Causality" once per turn.


          Hehee, the highlight of the cubic buff is this trap card. Now we have another way to attach counters to the opponent's monster's face besides using Vijam, which is using Cubic Causality. And of course, stick with a cubic counter = a brick that's no better or worse.

          In addition, Cubic Causality's grave effect will also combine very well with Buster Gundil, punching many times and causing Effect damage to death.



          Techs

          These are the Techs that block the opponent's attack path, and will usually only have extra slots to fill when we use the Cubic Seed version. The Cubic Seed version alone is a counter-attacking, burning style of play, so adding tech cards to increase defense and discomfort is quite necessary when playing Cubic Seed.

                          If you control a "Cubic" monster: Activate this card by targeting any number of monsters that are in your opponent's Graveyard because they were destroyed and sent there this turn; Special Summon them to your opponent's field, but each becomes ATK 0 and has 1 Cubic Counter placed on it. (Monsters with a Cubic Counter cannot attack, also negate their effects.) While your opponent controls any of the monsters Summoned by this effect, negate any monster effects your opponent activates. When the last of these monsters leaves the field, destroy this card.


                          Cubic Mandala places 0 ATK monsters on your opponent's field. The only practical use for this is so you can deal damage to those 0 ATK monsters, in case your opponent has something stronger than Buster Gundil.
                          Don't let the revived monsters live until your opponent's next turn as they can be used for Synchro, XYZ or even Link or Tribute times.

                          Overall, Mandala is a fairly situational card that we often bring just to fill the deck with Cubic cards.

                          Summoned using Duza or Vijam as tribute cost. Although it can give you a lot of resources, you can hardly use Dark Garnex's second effect without Karma because of its only 1000 ATK. But if you manage to pull it out, this will get you closer to your Boss beast.

                          The biggest reason we actually use Dark Garnex is to fill the deck with Cubic cards that allow us to satisfy the conditions of Aigami Skills.

                          Blade Garoodia is the next step up from Dark Garnex, finally allowing you to search for Buster Gundil. It has better ATK allowing you to use the second effect more easily. Like Dark Garnex, the real reason why we put Blade Garoodia in the deck is to fill the deck with Cubics.



                          Weakness

                          • The Locked Build only plays Cubic cards if you want to use Aigami's Skills, which are very useful for this Archetype. This means you can't add too many Techs to increase consistency and power, support your playstyle, or counter the meta.
                          • The Cubics themselves do not have any backrow removal leaves. And not being able to use too much Tech is detrimental to OTK Decks like this set because it prevents you from using Backrow removal like Cosmic Cyclone and Hey, Trunade!. (Hey, please comment =)))
