Instructions for playing Trickstar deck

The idol's cute cheese stick deck recently arrived at Duel Links. The extremely high quality waifu is famous for causing cancer to burn to death Opp :v

However, Trickstar in duel links has reduced burn by up to 50% and has little stock, so burning opp to death with this deck is almost impossible. But that doesn't mean we can't play this deck, we still have many different ways to play if we really have a passion for it :))

I don't recommend f2p builds or if you seriously try hard rank =))) For fun

At the beginning of the Duel, add 1 "Trickstar Candina" and 1 "Trickstar Lilybell" to your Deck. Then, add 1 "Trickstar Holly Angel" to your Extra Deck. The following effect can be used once per turn. Select 1 non-Link "Trickstar" monster you control, and move that monster to another of your Main Monster Zones.


1 skill is probably the best for Trickstar, adding 3 Trickstar cards along with moving the Monster position helps us have many different ways to handle things better, even outplaying the opponent.

Your opponent loses 200 Life Points every time you activate a Trap Card.


Bald N*'s skill is extremely dangerous when mixed with Trickstar. Our waifu deck is famous for its Burn ability and now has the bald hero skill, which can help us burn opponents to death without having to lift a finger.

The weakness of this skill is when using newly burned traps, this means that our deck has to spend a lot of slots for trap cards, bricks or lack of cores which will happen quite often.

If you control no monsters, or all monsters you control are "Trickstar" monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your hand. During the Damage Step, when your "Trickstar" monster battles an opponent's monster (Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY; that monster you control gains ATK equal to its original ATK until the end of this turn. You can only use 1 "Trickstar Corobane" effect per turn, and only once that turn.


Pretty Decent Beater has 2000 ATK and can be special summoned when you have no monsters or only Trickstar on the field, this is really easy to activate. This EFF can also be a good Link summon extension tool.

Additionally, Corobane's second effect works similarly to Honest's effect but also helps your attacking Trickstar monster gain ATK equal to its original ATK until the end of the turn. This effect will allow you to escape the Big Bosses your opponent controls with ease.

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Trickstar" card from your Deck to your hand. Each time your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, inflict 200 damage to them immediately after it resolves.


x3 for 1 searcher is sure, right :v. 1 "Elemental Hero Stratos " Trickstar searcher version allows you to get 1 "trickstar" card in your hand as soon as you get a Normal Summon. This effect can be used very intelligently depending on the situation:

  • If you have enough resources (Trickstar Monster), you can add Lighting Arena to revive 1 more Trickstar monster and then use it as a material to Link
  • If you don't have enough, you can add Corobane or Lilybell for Link Summon Combo

A very powerful Trickstar monster now or further into the future with great effects: the first allows you to Recycle other Trickstars by returning them to your hand, but an important thing to note is that you can chain multiple of these effects to summon multiple Lycoris while only returning one monster. This girl's effect is quite similar to Salamangreat Meer : can be summoned to the field when added to hand (except when I Normal Draw it). You can add this card to your hand with Candina's ability or return Lilybell from the field to your hand with Bouquet's effect. (similar to when comboing Salamangreat)

    If you Link Summon a "Trickstar" monster: You can target 1 "Trickstar" monster in your GY that was used as its material; Special Summon it in Defense Position, but negate its effects. You can only use this effect of "Trickstar Light Arena" once per turn. Once per turn: You can target 1 Set card in your opponent's Spell & Trap Zone; while this card is in the Field Zone, that Set card cannot be activated until the End Phase, and your opponent must activate it during the End Phase or else return it to the hand.


    The first effect of Light Arena will help Link Summon Combo. Meanwhile, its second effect can be used to remove the opponent's backrow by locking them until the End Phase, furthermore Lighting Arena will force your opponent to activate the targeted Backrow in the End Phase. If not, Phase is returned to the hand. :D

      Target 1 "Trickstar" monster you control and 1 face-up monster on the field; return that "Trickstar" monster to the hand, and if you do, the other monster gains ATK equal to the original ATK of the returned monster, until the end of this turn. You can only activate 1 "Trickstar Bouquet" per turn.


      Although 1 N card is not likely to be too special, it is quite good for Trickstar currently. Buffing a little more ATK can sometimes outplay the opponent, not to mention using this card to combo with many other cards, after all it is a quite flexible quick spell.

      Forgot to remind you to be careful when using this card, it doesn't buff enemy monsters' ATK :v
