Rose Dragon is an extremely stable deck that can be played first or foremost and is tier 1. Then, you can add 1 "Rose Fairy" to the top or bottom of the Deck from outside of your Deck. You can only Special Summon Synchro Monsters from your Extra Deck the turn you activate this Skill. This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with a Deck (excluding Extra Deck) that contains a total of at least 10 Tuner or "Rose Dragon" monsters. This Skill can only be used once per turn and twice per Duel.
Skill can be used up to 2 times per duel and 1 time per turn. This skill allows you to search for 1 Rose Dragon card at the cost of disposing 1 Rose Dragon, Witch Of The Black Rose, Rose Fairy card. In theory, it should be +0 and have to be discarded first before searching, but it is +1 resource in the grave and the monster searched will activate the effect to gain another resource, so this search is broken. :)
