True Draco Gameplay Guide

True Draco at this point is not too special, the skill is weak, the deck is too slow for the speed of duel links, the F2P build is okay because it's quite cheap, but the full power build is a bit painful compared to a deck for fun.

You can use this Skill if your Deck (excluding the Extra Deck) contains 15 or more "True Draco" and/or "True King" cards and no Field Spell Cards. 1: At the beginning of the Duel, add 3 "Dragonic Diagram" to your Deck.

    All "True Draco" and "True King" monsters on the field gain 300 ATK/DEF. The first time each Tribute Summoned "True Draco" or "True King" monster would be destroyed by battle each turn, it is not destroyed. Once per turn: You can destroy 1 other card you control or in your hand, and if you do, add 1 "True Draco" or "True King" card from your Deck to your hand.


    Act as a searcher, increase body and protect


    Card firing effects can trigger card firing effects of spell/trap cards.

    However, the skill doesn't have any search, whether you pick this card to your hand or not depends on it. This card doesn't have the word "True Draco" in its name either.

    Search spell, shooting spell/trap from the deck's spell cards sometimes doesn't prevent the enemy from OTKing you instead of trap (shooting monsters) but the spell will restore the goods as well as add resources for you to control, if the meta is too fast you can remove this card and add Nibiru to slow down opp until you can control the game.

During your Main Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon 1 "True Draco" or "True King" monster face-up. If this card is sent from the Spell & Trap Zone to the GY: You can target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; destroy it. You can only use each effect of "True Draco Heritage" once per turn.


      Add resources, this card helps you draw cards equal to the number of monsters/spells/traps "True King" or "True Draco" sent to the grave this turn, although the maximum draw is 3 cards, usually only 1-2 cards, if you draw floodgay or handtrap then it's good, if you draw a monster (rare) then it's 50/50 because you don't always have enough turns to normal summon

        You can target 3 "True Draco" and/or "True King" cards in your GY; shuffle them into the Deck, then draw 1 card. During your Main Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon 1 "True Draco" or "True King" monster face-up. If this card is sent from the Spell & Trap Zone to the GY: You can target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; destroy it. You can only use each effect of "Disciples of the True Dracophoenix" once per turn.


        Recovers "True Draco" and "True King" monsters/spells/traps, returns to deck from graveyard and draws 1. You resurrect almost the entire deck, needs to shoot spells/traps or add resources then resurrect spells, resurrects monsters if needed, needs to shoot monsters or disrupt then resurrects traps


        The good thing about this card is that it can recover a copy of itself, but the bad thing is that it depends on whether you draw it on turn 1 because at that time, there are not many resources recovered from the grave, but there are a lot of resources from the deck. Late game, this card is like a savior and can also draw 1

          If this card is sent from the Spell & Trap Zone to the GY: You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy it. You cannot activate the following effects of "True Draco Apocalypse" in the same Chain. ● You can target 1 other "True Draco" or "True King" card you control; destroy it, and if you do, the ATK/DEF of all face-up monsters your opponent controls become half their current ATK/DEF (even if this card leaves the field). ● During your opponent's Main Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon 1 "True Draco" or "True King" monster face-up. You can only use each effect of "True Draco Apocalypse" once per turn.


          Self-shooting monsters/spells/traps "True Draco" or "True King" both activates the spell/trap effect and lures more goods to the grave to restore goods. Then splits ATK/DEF of all enemy monsters, supports blocking enemy OTK and most importantly, you can punch through enemy's big body monsters and snowball, even OTK


          Weakness: at first there aren't many "True Draco" or "True King" so you have to shoot the monsters to try to survive.

          Weakness (real): limited to 3, cannot be combined with other matday cards

            If this card is sent from the Spell & Trap Zone to the GY: You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy it. You cannot activate the following effects of "True King's Return" in the same Chain. ● You can target 1 "True Draco" or "True King" monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Defense Position, also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon. ● During your opponent's Main Phase, you can: Immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon 1 "True Draco" or "True King" monster face-up. You can only use each effect of "True King's Return" once per turn.


            Recovering goods by jumping monsters "True Draco" or "True King" from the grave to the field is very strong because it jumps free monsters, but the monsters are on defense so it cannot be OTK and most importantly: it is not a sacrificial summon so it cannot trigger eff.

            During the Main Phase, if your opponent Normal or Special Summoned 5 or more monsters this turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute as many face-up monsters on the field as possible, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand, then Special Summon 1 "Primal Being Token" (Rock/LIGHT/Level 11/ATK ?/DEF ?) to your opponent's field. (This Token's ATK/DEF become the combined original ATK/DEF of the Tributed monsters.) You can only use this effect of "Nibiru, the Primal Being" once per turn.


            Slows down enemy deck combos if they don't have monster negates, if you know they don't have monster negates just wait until the end of Main Phase to throw, as for whether the billion ATK body rock can punch you, I don't know
