Deck — Deck Power Evaluation
Final Contextual Deck Power: 64/100 (±7 · Confidence: Medium)
| Overall score | Value |
|---|---|
| Structural Deck Power | 70.4 |

| Going Second | 74 |

| Tournament Reliability | 60 |
- Primary strategy: Combo
- Secondary strategies: Midrange, Stun
- Format: master-duel
Legality
Main 41 / Extra 15 / Side 0 — status: Legal.
Identity & game plan
- Win condition: Fusion Summon Level 8 boss monsters (Dragon that Devours the Dogma, Albion the Branded Dragon, Rindbrumm, Mirrorjade, Lubellion) off the Fallen of Albaz engine, using Fallen of White Dragon, Albion the Shrouded Dragon, Fallen & Virtuous and Branded Fusion to get the Albaz-named material onto the field.; Blazing Cartesia and Incredible Ecclesia (hand-summoned Tuners) convert into Fusion or Synchro bosses, with Mulcharmy draw pressure as a fallback when the field is empty.
- Turn 1 (going first): Summon White Dragon or Albion from hand by sending an Extra Deck Albaz-named monster to the GY, then use Branded in High Spirits or Branded Opening to reach Fallen of Albaz and a Branded Fusion or Super Polymerization into a Level 8 boss.
- Turn 2 (going second): Hold Ash Blossom, Droll and Maxx C (and Ghost Ogre / Ghost Belle) for the opponent's starter, then rebuild through the GY with Albion and Fallen & Virtuous into a boss that is unaffected by other effects (The Dragon that Devours the Dogma).
- Recovery: Albion the Branded Dragon and Albion the Shrouded Dragon recur from the GY; Fallen of Albaz and Branded Retribution re-enable the Extra Deck line; Branded in High Spirits searches the next Fallen.
- After siding: No side deck is registered (side 0), so there is no post-side plan; in Master Duel ladder play this is the expected construction.
Why it scores here
The deck is scored as a system: it reliably opens a live Fallen of Albaz line from a pool of roughly ten hand-startable cards (about 77 percent chance of at least one in a 5-card opening, Inferred) and then converts that line into 2500-3000 ATK Fusion bosses, several of which are effect-immune or negate-capable. Its interaction layer (Ash Blossom x3, Droll x2, Maxx C, Ghost Ogre, Ghost Belle, Branded Retribution, Rindbrumm and Mirrorjade) gives it a strong going-second posture, and the GY recursion from Albion and Fallen & Virtuous keeps it alive after one disruption. Points are held back by a 41-card main with several situational cards (Mulcharmy needs an empty field, Triple Tactics needs an opponent activation), no combo data to confirm the ceiling, and no sideboard. Archetype popularity and meta-share did not earn points, and no card scores were averaged into the deck score.
Dimension scores
| # | Dimension | Score | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| D1 | Engine Accessibility & Consistency | 78 | P(at least one of 10 hand-startable cards in 5) = 0.77; Albaz-line starters are 2-copy White Dragon and 1 Albion; conditional on hand (Inferred) |
| D2 | Opening-Hand Quality & Brick Management | 66 | Proxy full-brick rate about 4% if hand traps count as functional; several cards need an empty field or Extra Deck material, so practical brick rate is higher (Inferred) |
| D3 | Combo Conversion & Ceiling | 78 | No parsed boards; ceiling read from text: multiple 2500-3000 ATK Fusion bosses with negate and banish effects (Inferred semantic) |
| D4 | Combo Floor & Median Output | 60 | No combo medians available; median output depends on the Albaz engine being live, so kept below the ceiling (Inferred) |
| D5 | Interruption Resilience & Route Redundancy | 74 | 8 hand traps plus Maxx C and Droll give multiple independent answers, and Albion and Fallen & Virtuous recur from the GY (Inferred from card text) |
| D6 | Resource Economy, Recovery & Grind | 65 | Recursion from GY via Albion and Branded spells, but Extra Deck spend is heavy with 15 Extra cards used (Inferred from card text) |
| D7 | End-Board & Interaction Quality | 80 | Ash x3, Droll x2, Maxx C, Ghost Ogre, Ghost Belle, Branded Retribution and Rindbrumm give layered negation and removal (Verified text, Inferred quality) |
| D8 | Going-Second & Board-Breaking Power | 74 | The Dragon that Devours the Dogma is unaffected by other card effects and Albion the Branded Dragon is a 2500 ATK boss; Rindbrumm and Mirrorjade add disruption on the opponent's turn (Inferred from card text) |
| D9 | Offensive Pressure & Closing Power | 76 | 3000 ATK bosses (Dragon that Devours x2, Secreterion) and Alba-Lenatus multi-attacks; closing is strong but no damage-race data (Verified stat, Inferred closing) |
| D10 | Main Deck Efficiency & Flexibility | 64 | 41 main cards and 26 distinct; 6 Mulcharmy and 3 Branded in High Spirits add redundancy, with Triple Tactics and Phara as lower-value slots (Inferred) |
| D11 | Extra Deck Efficiency & Coverage | 74 | All 15 Extra Deck slots are used with 13 Fusion and 2 Synchro; Albion Branded and Dragon that Devours are 2-copy core (Verified composition) |
| D12 | Side Deck Adaptability | 25 | No side deck registered (side 0); no post-side data exists (Provisional) |
| D13 | Matchup Coverage & Format Fit | 55 | No tournament link or dated meta sample; archetype shares not available, so placed at neutral (Provisional) |
| D14 | Pilotability & Error Tolerance | 38 | Many multi-step Fusion chains with GY and Extra Deck material; error-prone for a new pilot (Inferred from example text) |
How the score was computed
Strategy profile: Combo. Structural ≈ 70.4, Going First ≈ 72, Going Second ≈ 74, Meta = provisional, Tournament Reliability ≈ 60. Modifiers: banlist exposure (-2); engine conflict (-2). Final formula: 0.80*Structural + 0.20*TournamentReliability + ContextModifiers (Meta provisional) = 0.80*70.4 + 0.20*60 - 4 = 64.3
Probability & combo summary
- Opening a starter: P(≥1) ≈ 0.77 · key two-card combo ≈ — · full-brick estimate ≈ 0.04 (all Inferred)
- Combo output: best PowerIndex —, median —, board-per-starter —
- Turn order: 0 going-first lines vs 0 going-second lines
Strengths
- Redundant Albaz-line starters (White Dragon x2, Albion, Fallen & Virtuous x2, Branded in High Spirits x3) give an accessible start
- Eight hand traps plus Maxx C and Droll give a layered going-second defence
- All 15 Extra Deck slots are used, with a 3000 ATK boss package and Dragon that Devours immune to other effects
Weaknesses
- Only one Fallen of Albaz in the Main Deck, so the Albaz requirement depends on the White Dragon and Albion copies
- Six Mulcharmy are situational (need an empty field), and Triple Tactics Talent needs an opponent's monster effect in your Main Phase
- No sideboard, so no post-side adjustment
- Multi-step Fusion chains are error-prone to pilot
Critical choke points
- Branded Fusion (Limited, 1 copy) is the main Fusion enabler; if it is not in hand the line depends on Super Polymerization
- Albion and White Dragon together supply most of the hand-start access
Recommended changes
| Priority | Remove | Add | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Triple Tactics Talent | Second Albaz-line starter or a hand trap | The card needs an opponent's monster effect activated in your Main Phase, which does not fit a turn-1 plan |
| 2 | One Mulcharmy Purulia | Extra Deck flexibility or a second Branded Opening | Mulcharmy only works with an empty field, which conflicts with a Branded board plan |
| 3 | Verify usage_statistics in_this_deck matching for Extra Deck cards before using missing_core for construction decisions (see data_gaps) |
Evidence & confidence
- Verified: Legal in master-duel: 41 Main, 15 Extra, 0 Side; copy limits satisfied for all Limited and Semi-Limited cards; Card text and banlist status for all 41 Main and 15 Extra cards; Usage statistic rows: Fallen of Albaz, White Dragon, Fallen & Virtuous, Mulcharmy Fuwalos, Branded Fusion present at 100 percent inclusion
- Inferred: Hand-start probability of at least one of 10 hand-startable cards: 0.77; Full-brick rate roughly 4 percent, a lower bound because hand traps count as functional; Stun/Midrange secondary tags from hand-trap count and removal text
- Provisional: Meta Power (null, no dated sample); Matchup coverage and format fit (D13, no tournament link)
- Data gaps: no combos supplied: combo floor, median and ceiling are text-only inference no tournament link: archetype meta-share and per-pilot match record absent no win-rate telemetry exists in YGOVN, so going-first, going-second, matchup, brick and OTK rates are Inferred or Unknown Meta Power is Provisional unless a dated metagame sample is supplied usage_statistics in_this_deck flags appear false for every Extra Deck card that is in fact present (for example Rindbrumm, Mirrorjade, Lubellion, Ecclesia and the Dark Dragon, Alba-Lenatus, Titaniklad, Granguignol, Dragon that Devours, Albion the Branded Dragon), so missing_core is unreliable for Extra Deck cards; the preprocessor appears to match usage only against the Main Deck deck title is null, so the deck name is unknown; archetype taken from archetype_id 754
