You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Armed Dragon" Spell in your GY; add it to your hand. You can only use 1 "Armed Dragon Thunderbolt" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

You can only activate 1 "Exosister Vadis" per turn.
