The skill change is easy to understand. When there is an Extra Monster Zone, the Pendulum monster from the Extra Deck that jumps onto the field must jump into the Extra Monster Zone. If that box has a monster, it cannot jump up again. This skill will let that monster drop to the Monster Zone so you can jump the monster to the Extra Monster Zone. I think this is balanced according to Link, not a buff.
Where Galaxy-Eyes
In the old skill, all monsters must be Level 4 or 10, ATK 1800 or higher and EARTH Machine, and the deck must have 10 monsters or more.
In the new skill, you must have at least 10 EARTH Machine, 1800 ATK or more
That's right, you can mix other EARTH Machines not only at Level 4 or 10, making opp harder to predict, but their choke points are big and easy to brick, and they carry less staples, this buff is very good.

Where Galaxy-Eyes
This skill is now only once per turn. To put it bluntly, if you search for Roxrose which is limited to 2, there will be no White Rose, and if you search for White Rose, you can only search once because White Rose does not have Black Rose Dragon in its name or text card ( Sometimes I miss playing Basal Shoot because I forgot the White Rose doesn't have the Black Rose Dragon), with this nerf, the deck is still meta, but the ability to back up after being overwhelmed is greatly reduced.

Very bad nerf, they have negate Spell (which can block galaxy-eyes) and got nerfed, nice Komoney, they take skills, take traps which is ok but nerfing the search ability the second time is too bad and once per duel, you Where do you think it is? Can you survive 3 turns with Galaxy-Eyes? This is the strongest Galaxy-Eyes buff I've ever known. It's true that they are very weak, but not to the point of living too long against a meta deck with a good staple.
