The game will be released with a number of cards up to more than 10 thousand cards. Master Duel's currency will still be Gems like Duel Links and can be earned through Solo Mode and other Events.
You can buy Packs and accessories such as Pet, Sleeve, and Playmat in the Shop both with money and Gems. Currently we have only been introduced to the Master Pack containing all the cards, it is unknown if Konami will release individual Boxes and Structure Decks specifically for each Archetype or not.
And finally, Konami will launch Master Duel in January 2022. Probably at the end of January near the Asian Lunar New Year.
